Lowes service appears to be polar opposites depending on when you go I have been to lowes on many occasions where I’ve gotten zero to the worst service possible and other times 5 star service. I’m not sure why it’s so inconsistent, unlike their competitor which is always 4 – 5 star service.

I come here all the time I dont even know where to start. First off im a guy so coming here to shop is like christmas shopping. I have to make a list of exactly what i need so i go in and out with out breaking the bank. Just recently remodeled a bathroom. Everything i needed i was assisted from two associates. The first one was a nice older lady. I told her I needed some tiles for a bathroom she quickly flagged down another employee that knew exactly what I needed… and i also purchased a new toilet. He made sure i had everything i needed for the next couple days so i was able to finish the project without driving my big ass truck back and forth. Overall this store is always neat, clean and organozed. And if you need or have any questions always feel free to ask a knowledgeable employee!!!

Horrible customer service. Would not let me return an item I bought at the Winter Garden Lowes yesterday even though I had a receipt. Had to wait 15 minutes to talk to manager about it, they had to call him three times, then he told me I had to go back to the winter garden lowes, wasted three gallons of gas on this! Avoid this store and go to Home Depot down the street!

Lowe’s does it right.
Always clean, nicely laid out and stuff in stock. I have yet to encounter a department employee that was indifferent or unfriendly.
Usually they know their stuff too.

Who doesn’t like Lowes? I mean really. If you don’t, just place yourself on the nearest «jive turkey» list. Go ahead, stop reading and do it. Now!
This place has everything you need for your home maintenance needs. From light bulbs to major appliances, it’s all here.
I am a big «do it yourself» kinda Mexican. And I mean that in every regard… ;) I’ve saved oodles repairing light fixtures, sockets, etc. I’ve purchased wood for building a deck, floor laminate, and even paint for my interior walls. Check me out! But I still pay a Mexican to cut my lawn folks. I am a college educated uppity Mexican and I hate sweating unless I’m at the gym or running a 5k. Just sayin’…
This location is very clean and well maintained. I’ve always gotten quality service and advice when purchasing appliances, grills and the like. So I must highly recommend this location and as always, I DEMAND you go there.

They always seem to be adequately staffed and even have stations with buttons you can press that send an announcement over the in-​store PA system to alert employees that you are in need of help.
I recently had to return a large rug I had bought here and it was no hassle, in and out. I was asked what was wrong but was not badgered about it or asked any follow up questions. The return policy is 90 days with receipt.
I once called ahead of time to ask if they had a specific plant I needed and the employee I spoke with was more than happy to check on It for me and even gave me great directions on where to find it in store when I got there.
Nothing but good experiences with this location.
