This place was really great to me! They very fortunately had exactly what I needed to help me out of jam. And the service was really friendly and helpful.

I went in here with a friend. Elana and Erica were so fantastic, I decided to get a new phone too. Erica was informative, honest, and pleasant. I am happy to have found such a great company!

I added 2 old phones that weren’t worth much to a Family plan, and the rep added $ 19 of insurance for them without my consent. I saw this on the forms and asked him to remove it, and he said he did. Lo and behold I received my bill and it was still on there! I had to call the Sprint customer service to get it removed and get a refund. I’m highly suspicious they get some kind of commission or bonus for signing people up for the insurance, and I think he was hoping I wouldn’t check my bill. I don’t have proof that this wasn’t an honest mistake, but my gut tells me it was no accident.

This Sprint store is a little newer than most of their other locations… I didn’t even know it was here until I started driving around the shopping center trying to kill time before Ikea opened! Luckily this Sprint store opens at 9:00am on a Saturday so I was able to get in and out quickly with little wait. There was only one associate working that early so I had to wait for her to finish up with another customer before being helped, but it wasn’t long. She was very knowledgable in answering my questions and I was out and on my way in less than 10 minutes. This location has everything else that other locations have: cell phones, cases, accessories etc. but they also have a cell phone repair center which is a nice bonus! You can bring your phone in and have it fixed up right in the store. Sweet! The reason why I took off one star is because Sprint still doesn’t have 4G service on Sacramento, Placer or El Dorado counties even though they insist they do in parts, I have never picked up a 4G signal. Whose still using 3G in 2014?! Ugh…
