Good prices on a lot of products that are in pretty good shape, building materials, although to get the best prices on some of the materials, you have to purchase, for example, if you want some plywood and you don’t like the first one on top of the stack, you cannot say ok I want the third one from the top, you have to buy them in order that they are stacked. This policy is not unusual.
