They have a very friendly staff and very nice and clean office. My husband & I had appointments for dental cleaning at 8 AM. When we arrived, we found out one was at 8 and the other at 9:30. We each had multiple x-​Rays (I had 18 + panoramic). However, there was no hygienist there nor was there any intention of cleaning our teeth on day one. We were scheduled the next week at 8 AM for dental cleanings. I got the flu and called at 6:30 AM to cancel (leaving a message on VM for both of us). 2 hours later they called me?
I cancelled my next appt and did not return. They should tell people in advance when they schedule a cleaning that it will be a consult!

I recently moved to Waco and needed to find a new dentist. I was so pleased from the moment I walked un until I left. The staff was so accomodating and friendly. I just had to share my experience. I am looking forward to my next appointment!
