Went in to get two simple pants shorten. One pants was shorten 1inch more than where it was pined and the other pants is all the way up to my lower shin. Wtf

Just got a botched uniform job here. Word of advice… Pay after, or else they’ll charge you more for them to «fix it».
The language barrier is a huge thing. I was told that they understood something completely different. Now my brand new uniform is trash.

For the alterations I had (sewing military patches on a new uniform and tapering the jacket) and dry cleaning, I am surprised by how much I paid! I honestly thought the cost would be HALF of what I paid. If you’re military, just stick to the base alterations/dry cleaning.
