I had my condo’s existing concrete flooring refinished last month. Demo went well. However, floor was not leveled as agreed, not even flattened. This after I had agreed to pay for the leveling concrete if he leveled the floor. The final product contained slopes of over 10 degrees in certain areas. Replacing toilet required over five breakaway shims to level. Portions of the floor had a smooth finish whereas others were very rough. There were supposed to be orange and green highlights but all I saw was brown. There were also several color chips I had on the shelves which ended up on the floor and became stuck. Don’t even know how to fix that one. A month after the application of the new finish, the sealant is still emitting strong fumes. The MSDS sheet said if product was applied in interiors, had to have good ventilation, which my condo did not. So doors and windows must remain open until such time the fumes cease(who knows when!). Overall, wrong application, wrong finish, wrong color. Very disappointing experience and definitely would not recommend. Update: 12÷8÷13 smell finally reduced to a manageable level.
