The service is great and I love how their system works! Instead of calling for an appointment, you can make one online! The barber I prefer is John because she gives you the cut you want! Outstanding performance for this barber shop, it’s cheap and the quality is great! Definitely going to this barber shop again!

I get freshly faded by one of the barbers, Josh, first thing in the am every Sat. He got skillz. I CONSTANTLY get compliments everywhere I go about my Comb over with a hard part in a low skin fade. People come out of know where of all ages, even auntys, asking where I get it done. Saying that they got to go there or that they are going to refer it to their friends and family. So if you enjoy compliments and looking good, this is da spot. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Well worth the wait and we’ll worth the price. You get a cut on fleek without dropping serious bills.

Went there wrote my name on the paper waited for 2 hours while people that came after me got there haircut smh bad customer service, so I left and went to urban fade in pearl city and didn’t have to wait for more than 5 minutes

Ive been coming to Get Faded for a year now, and I am always pleased with the excellent service and designs they have offered here for a low price. The designs are one of a kind and no other place in Waipahu can do these designs this awesome. The prices for cuts and fades are beautiful and cheap. Even the eye brow waxing is awesome. I am so happy I found this place. Would I recommend?; For sure, if youre looking for a new hair style, hair dying, and waxing for a great low price then Get Faded LLC is the place for you!

My 2 sons love their haricuts… Awesome job!!! I love the fun haircut effects for Summer :) It’s so nice to find a place where kids can feel comfortable about getting their hair cut. Not a fan of this place. This business consists of barbers all around the ages of 18 – 30. They do not provide any kind of customer service and will service their friends ahead of everyone else even if you had been waiting there for over an hour. It is very frustrating to see how employees AND the manager are aware that you have been waiting quite a while, and they do not even give you the courtesy of a wait time, just simply ignored you entirely. Yes, the haircuts are cheap but at what price? Does it outweigh the price of good customer service? I think not. There are MANY other haircut business that provide a great haircut AND customer service. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone!

Very unprofessional staff/owner. Went in to simply get my son’s hair cut & the owner Dayna found out that I was the ex-wife of her current boyfriend & she refused to let my son cut his hair. I found that extremely discriminative & very unprofessional. I’m sorry but a real professional would of treated me & my son like any other customer. This act just goes to show what type of establishment this really is. I would rather pay a few dollars more & get treated equally than be subject to this type of unfair discriminative behavior.

Can’t go wrong for $ 10 fades and basic cuts. I take my boys here all the time it’s cheap but they do a really good job! I see jarren hes really talented. It’s best to make an appointment though, they get really busy but they do take walk-ins. Very convenient location, their located in Waipahu across Savers. The owner & staff are all so friendly too :)
