McDonald’s

I figure I should update my review now that they serve all day breakfast. For the record, based on my previous review and after I called corporate, they have served breakfast up until the appointed time, 1030 AM. With all the breakfast craze I feel I should update my review.
McDonald’s is McDonald’s. We all know this. Service wise, they are on poin, t although they can be a little slow at times, especially when busy but this is to be expected. My fries come out hot and my food taste the way it should.
Not sure why all the hate (ratings), its McDonald’s. Solid 4 Stars from this Mickey Dees fan. Plus the McRib is back, how can I hate?

I am not the one to complain over a few dollars but I am just in shock at how a manager handled my situation. First off, I rarely eat at McDonald’s and due to time I just needed a quick bite. Stopped in the Walmart McDonalds in Kunia and ordered a simple 2 sausage burrito meal. It read $ 4.69! My total came out to $ 6.06??? So I questioned it. The lady at the register was kind and asked her manager who was right in back of her the whole time I was ordering all she said was «the price changed, that’s not the correct price» I was thinking ok I’m sure she’ll honor it! Nope, I stood there for about 30 seconds to a minute waiting to see what she’ll say to her worker and all she said was again «that’s the price» and walked away! And tried to pass the buck to another worker! Sometimes I wonder how people become managers! Poor service at its best!!!

Stopped in to grab some things at Walmart and picked up a quick mc chicken. This review is for the service. The guy who took my orders name was Jay, he was extremely respectful to all customers and served with a smile. Great job jay!

We were here at 3.30 p.m. today. Always like to have a cup of sundae as our treats. We ordered 3 cups of chocolate sundaes, and it turned out to be 3 cups of sundaes half filled! So I asked the supervisor who prepared our sundaes why did she do that?! She came out with an excuse as ‘it’s normal!’ I said ‘this is not the first time we are here. And never before my sundae was only half full. even McDonald’s ad were never as ‘pathetic’ looking as our sundae. I want them change!’ She finally changed them out. May I ask. is this the McDonald’s service standard we can get here? This place sucks! Resturant sitting area smells. The cleanliness of the entire resturant is horrible. AVOID THIS PLACE, PEOPLE!

Came here twice today and it was the worst experience. First time they handed my drink to a guy that ordered after me because it took then so long to make it. The second time I asked to upsize my drink so they upsize it and then charge me for the small too. And they only gave me 8 chicken nuggets. Terrible. I live in Kunia but I think I will just drive to Waimea next time I want McDonald’s

The only thing good about this McDonald’s is the soda fountain and that’s only because you do it yourself. And even then the ice machine has been broken for who knows how long.

Can never go wrong with McDonald’s but there’s a rat that runs around in the back and if you go after hours to eat when the back dining room is closed you’ll see it run past. Would have thought they caught it by now. Yikes

Visited many times before. hut this time I would give them 0 stars.
They denied me free large fries and a free big mac when I have a coupon that says «No expiration date
When asked why, they said they don’t have the button on their system to do the discount and that its from 2011.
The coupon is from 2011… but regardless, the coupon DOES say NO EXPIRATION DATE. If that was the case, why not put out a coupon that says…“Expires in 1 year»
Come on man… no wonder I don’t eat here often enough to use the coupons. McDonalds promotional FAIL!

Closest to home and convienently located in Walmart.
Super busy but good service.
Sometimes don’t have the same promos as other Mcdees.
Refillable drinks, so eat, drink, shop around and get a refill before leaving Walley World.

You can’t beat Mickey D’s for fast service and price. Makes the hubby and the rugrats happy!
With two drive thrus the line moves quickly and you are able to get your order in two shakes, bonus!
