A Q Nail Spa

Went to this place for the 2^nd time to get a pedicure. The guy rubbed a sore on my foot with the pumice stone. He tried to act like it was nothing. Told the lady at check out, she acted like it was nothing. Well, 3 days later, I’m still wearing a bandaid and triple antibiotic on my foot and it hurts to walk in my shoes!

I used to like this place but something has changed. It’s obvious if you are not an every 2 week return customer you aren’t going to get great service. Last two visits I felt my nails were rushed because a customer wanted the nail tech doing my nails to do hers. Also, during the second visit the nail tech put one hand in the warmer with the cuticle cream on it an the warmer wasn’t turned on. I tried to explain this to her and she acted like she didn’t understand. Then she trimmed my cuticles on that hand and cut me drawing blood on one finger. At the end of all this she pressured me to have my eyebrows waxed. I told her no and she kept pressuring me saying «clean them up look pretty» I declined a second time and she was like, «make your eyes look big» Finally I told her loudly so that everyone could hear and turn and look at me, «I have no eyebrows these are penciled in!» She finally got the hint after that. I won’t go back after that visit in December 2014.

I absolutely love this place. The décor and atmosphere is very upscale and high end. It’s bright, it’s lively, it invites you in. The people are so nice, and they really go above and beyond to give you the total customer experience. I always go to Xuan for my pedicures and Quyen for my fill ins. By far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to.
