Kathy designed and helped us find contractors to remodel our kitchen. It looks more fantastic than I could have imagined. I absolutely love how it turned out. We were able to really maximize a small space and I went from a rather large kitchen in my previous house to a smaller one but I actually love my smaller kitchen better now because a) I have a gas stove which is easier to cook on, b) I have granite and a beautiful backsplash that is very upscale looking and c) I have a HUGE amount of counter space for such a small kitchen and I can do baking projects and other things on it very easily. Also with the drawers and lazy susan corner cabinets I find that most of my stuff fits fine and even though I had to get rid of some stuff, it fits everything I need. Overall I am very very satisfied with how hard Kathy worked on my floorplan and for a reasonable price. She dealt with some issues with the contractors like a complete pro. Any time you’re remodeling there are always going to be issues that crop up, but the importance is how they get solved and I am so happy I had Kathy on my side, and I plan to use her again in the future.
