It’s a doctors office, so the same negatives exist here as all doctors offices. They schedule you for an appointment time and you are lucky if they get to you within an hour of that scheduled time. But I have never been to a doctor that had any respect for their patients so not downgrading this one specifically. I think it’s the service process failing, but not sure. I think the service over schedule the docs trying to max out money making opportunity and they know that customer service is not something they have to worry about. The whole medical industry is bad what can a consumer do not go to a doctor at all ;). No incentive to fix a broken customer service process when there is no competing better service out there.
I came here because I am trying to get off my blood pressure meds and this guy indicated that if I lose the required weight he would assist with seeing if it’s possible to wean me off. Also he’s very into overall health issues and not just pushing the pill of the week big Pharma seems to push on other doctors.

I just went in for a women’s checkup and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office. Not only was my doctor very vague and uninterested, she never asked questions about my medical history prior to my 5 min exam, did not request medical records from my previous doctor (I am from out of state), and treated me based on what my insurance company covers, rather than answer questions or concerns that I had. The answers I received based on the questions asked were only «insurance will cover this and not that» and from there I already knew that she could care less about why I had come in. I let her know at the very end that I was not happy with my visit and that I would probably look for another doctor. She seemed very snarky and asked me to wait around to see if she could «smooth things over.» When I addressed the concern of my medical history, she then did the consultation… She asked me if I still wanted my prescription filled and what pharmacy and I told her. That was earlier today around 11:45. I went to the pharmacy to pick it up after 5:00 pm and it was never called in!
Needless to say, I will NOT be back. The lack of professionalism and care was beyond belief.
