I have been going to this Dunkies since I moved to Wakefield in 2009. For 5 straight years, even though the staff has changed, the service has remained top notch. The food and beverages are always consistent and they have fun seasonal donuts. Can you say brownie batter filled? They also offer plenty of coupons, bonuses, and incentives. This place is like my second home(without having to pay property taxes). The next time you go there, give them some love(or at least a tip). P. S. Ricardo, I wish that I was in Brazil with you.

I pass 4 – 5 Dunkin Donuts on my way to work, and live closer to the Main Street location. However, I always go to this one mainly for the ease of parking. I can always get in and out in 45 seconds flat because there are 3 – 415 Minute Parking Only spots directly outside about 15 feet from the door. It makes getting coffee more like mid-flight refueling when you don’t have to pull in and out of a busy Dunkin Donuts lot, which usually if not always creates a traffic snaffu.

I am a coffee lover, last week I stopped by this place and ordered a cappuccino with double shot of expresso, what I got after a long wait was warm milk, the hide the sugar and the napkins behind the counter and take every short cut possible to rip people off. My brother ordered an Iced coffee, all he got is a cup full of ice and 5 Oz of coffee, this is an old trick that restaurant use to make more profits by filling the cup all the way to the top with ice so they don’t have to give you the full portion you paid for. I will make sure, I never stop by this location because they seem to be less concerned about quality and service.

This is the better dunkin donuts branch in wakefield. It does not have drive thru, but there is plenty of parking. I would rather go here for breakfast than Café Jags or the North Ave Diner.

No soap in the bathroom and poop on the toilet seat. Ok, when an establishment has a dirty bathroom I can’t help but think the whole place is dirty. Like when there is no soap in the bathroom I think the employees have dirty hands and in return your food, drink and anything that is touched like door handles are contaminated with germs. I mean acknowledge that there are a certain amount of people who don’t wash after using the restroom, like the guy I work with(come on now buddy the whole office knows cause you flush then immediately open the door and we can’ t hear the paper towel dispenser make noise). So my point is you are taking a chance whenever you go or where ever, but soap should be an option for those 70% who do wash their hands. And poop on the seat in the bathroom is just unacceptable… I am serious there was poop on the toilet seat!
