From making the appointment to checking out, every staff member was thorough, professional and extremely pleasant. I’m an RN and was very impressed! By far the most comprehensive annual physical I’ve had. Blood was drawn in office with just one painless stick, offered flu shot, EKG and as a plus there was a well-behaved office dog. Dr was friendly and did not rush through appointment. Plenty of parking, evening hours and online appointment and access to records. Very, very happy to have a new family doctor.

Worst experience when it comes to billing. The center sent me 3 bills months after I paid the amount in full. I’ve called at least 3 times to challenge the bill. Dianne from billing acknowledged the error every time I called her, but nothing gets done.
Given the cost I paid and level of services I got from the office, it’s time to switch my family physician.
