I enjoy this gym a lot and sometimes find myself there twice a day out of boredom! The equipment is clean and the staff does a nice job trying to run around and clean equipment throughout their shift as some patrons just don’t seem to care (not the gym’s fault). The one problem I would note is there always seems to be one or two treadmills out of order, one has been out of order for months now… How about just replacing it? The staff is great and greets me with a ‘good morning’ every time I walk in. I am a big fan of this gym.

Probably the rudest manager I’ve ever seen at an establishment. Never says hello, or talks over you. Gym could use a good cleaning and when asked about the stale air, blank stare and was told it wasn’t there issue. Really unfortunate.

The classes are frequent and awesome! The instructors and staff are pleasant, helpful, and just all nice people.

Needs updates and more attention from staff and the equipment is mostly older and not well positioned in the facility. The only positive is they let visitors from out of Town pay $ 15 for one day.

Every summer vacation I come back to this Luxe Fitness! The staff, equipment, daycare, hours and locker room exceed my expectations each summer. Melissa, Ashley, Sean, Cam, and Kim at the front desk always greeted me with a smile and said goodbye with a smile, too!
! As simple that sounds many gyms don’t even do that anymore!!! The daycare staff, Kristina, Katherine, Natasha, Kelcie were very nice to my boys, 4 ½ & 8, plus everything was clean!

Definitely the best gym in the area. The staff does a great job of keeping the gym clean, machines are always in good condition as well. I’ve been to a few other gyms in the area, and Luxe definitely seems to have the biggest following. They also have decent times for their classes (after work hours).

Fantastic gym! I’ve been a member for years now and I have to say I am always impressed. The staff is wonderful, the gym is IMMACULATE, class schedule is awesome, there is plenty of equipment to use, and the members are friendly!

It’s been renamed Luxe to match its sister gym in Westerly. Good gym. I’ve never waited for a machine. Bathrooms could be cleaned a little more frequently (my only gripe)
