I met with Donna before I went to her to do my taxes and I liked her setup, she had a full staff, and she had been recommended by a a few coworkers. Everything seemd very professional and up front. I go in with my taxes in 2012 and first she gives me a price for personal and business taxes but then charges me twice the amount for business beause she said she had to do corporate taxes for me (even though I was an LLC). Then she puts the wrong EIN number on my tax returns and when I called to get the error corected, I got a voicemail saying the office was closed and would not re-​open for several weeks. I leave a message, I send an email, I re-​file everything with the right numbers and still I have been trying to sort out the mess that the duplicate created in the DC tax office. I never hear anything back from DFH. Fast forward to this year. My new tax person is filing all sorts of amendments and forms to correct the mess that Donna/​DFH created for me last year. They filed the wrong forms, they added medical expense that should have been tax free asincome, just to name 2 of the 6 issues. I have been calling, emailing, and IM’g DFH now for 4 week and Donna can’t call me back to discuss, aplogoze, or offer any sort of refund. DON“T USE THIS COMPANY!
