I wanted to get my huge trees pruned and had questions about the health of one of them so I called Bartlett. An arborist came over to advise me. The crew that did the pruning was skilled and very safety conscious. (They cared so much for the health of the trees that they didn’t wear spikes on their boots — they actually climbed their ropes to get up into the trees.) The arborist came out again to guide the crew and they did a good clean-​up job when they were finished. It seems that most tree services just know how to cut trees down. Bartlett knows how to keep them healthy and safe, and with a little negotiation the price wasn’t outrageous.
