Baliegh is quite possibly the most phenomenal bartender ever encountered. She made our trip for an elementary basketball tournament in Nevis a joy! She was friendly and engaging and customer service was obviously a priority. Fun bar, great décor, and a friendly place. Enjoy a cocktail here, you won’t be disappointed!

I love cabins, and this is the décor. We all enjoyed our meal. I had up North Wild Rice bangers and mash that I loved. It’s right next to a hotel. They even do their own ice cream. The service was kind of interesting. My friend who’s also a comedian, said that it reminded her of a Seinfeld episode.

You got to be kidding me. 1 free refill of pop then charged. What is this… 1970’s. It literally cost 5 cents a pop to make. If that burdens your profit margin you have other issues internally. This is 2015 Lucky Moose.

I visited the Lucky Moose yesterday, based on endorsement. I left thinking this restaurant needs a wake up call. The atmosphere was «Up North Woodsy,» as you might expect. However we had a large party who are typically not ones to complain. The place was not terribly crowded for a Thursday. The restaurant is clean, and more up scale than the average. There were a few things, 1) one of our party had her order completely forgotten and then completely wrong, then when she finally got her chicken it was not cooked in the middle. We stop here every year when we vacation in Minnesota. The Lucky Moose never fails! Be patient they are usually packed on the bar side with only the bartender waiting and serving but it is always worth the wait!
Thursday’s is half price appetizers! We always have the walleye cakes which are divine and the nachos are amazing!
My sons have to have a bison burger every time we go! I don’t think we have ever ordered anything that we didn’t like! A must stop in Walker, MN!

Just stopped there for lunch. We had the Ruben and BLT both were awesome. Service was one of the best — fast and friendly. Bloody Mary’s were good too.

Just running through town and needed a salad to go. Ordered gorgonzola pear salad. It was sooooo good!!!

Food is good here. One word of advice. Sit in the bar side. Friendly staff. Good time had by all. As far as the other side… well food still good. But the help is horrible. Attitude from someone that can’t do her job is just unacceptable. While I will eat there again I will wait for a seat in the bar side. Hi five Mrs no tip. Keep up that mouth
