Terrible service, food is nasty, the orders are usually wrong, most of the server seems they are having a bad attitude. No customer service, and the only thing good about Taco Bell, it’s good to clean out your system. During the time that they had the PS4 boxes all the codes were used.

I don’t know why I come to expect that I will get good service at a fast food restaurant, let alone later at night, let alone Taco Bell, but I give every business the benefit of the doubt coming in. Well, I probably shouldn’t have for this T-Bell. I had just drove 15 hours and all I wanted was a cheesy bean and rice burrito. I opted for the drive thru and happily there wasn’t a long line at almost 11:00 pm. That’s actually kind of odd now that I think about it, or maybe people have had the same service as myself. So, the speakerbox lady comes on and asks for my order which I had to repeat 3 times. I pulled around to the payment window. It looked like there were too many people trying to help when their help was not needed because there were just several people walking briskly past the window and rushing around and stopping to just chit chat at points. The lady took my card and passed it along with my drink which did not have any syrup in it(which I later found out) out the window. She didn’t wait for me to put my drink down and forced a sadly thrown together bag of food out the window. No thank you, no smile, no courtesy. What could I expect? Don’t get me wrong, I know it is probably hard working fast food. I’ve never had the pleasure but I’ve worked many areas of customer service. A smile goes a long way though. Smile and maybe someone will smile back at you. I know you probably don’t work for smiles but it will certainly help you get through your shift a little easier. Thanks for nothing though.
