Rose is amazing! Not just as a person but also very professional, quick and clean.
I love going there, and would recommend anyone to go there!

I went to Rose about a month ago as i was very hesitant to try out a new place due to have having some not so good past experiences, however, Rose is different in that she doesn’t automatically try to get you in a chair and start working. She takes you into a small private room and gives you a consultation beforehand, listening to exactly what you want as well as being patient and helpful with suggestions. My eye brows definitely looked on fleek when she was done and there was minimal discomfort when she did it.
It’s near downtown Walnut Creek in a large multi use buildings, which can be a bit tricky to find but once you’re there the receptionist is very nice and the salon is very clean. Prices are reasonable and Rose works quickly while still making sure to pay attention to detail and is very gentle.
I highly recommend her and have already made my second appointment for the new year!

Art of Threading by Rose is amazing! Came here for an eyebrow threading and it was such a great choice! In a salon (of which i forgot the name) Art of Threading by Rose has a calm little room. I had an appointment at 5:00 o’clock at first, but then i got stuck in horrible traffic and i had to re-​schedule a tad later and it was all fine. Super professional, she talked me through everything she was doing with my brows, and threaded them perfectly! I’m so happy with my service and results and I will definitely be back again!

I was in town for a wedding and needed to get my eyebrows done last minute, and found rose via Unilocal.Rose was very friendly and personable and did a great job! One eyebrow was a little different from the other and rose was able to make them match again. Wish she was closer to where I live because she is amazing.

I would give Rose 6 stars if I could! I just moved to the area and looking for an eyebrow threading place. Unilocal came to the rescue. I walked in and rose was able to take me in due to a cancellation. She did a proper consultation and I was very happy with the results. It didn’t even hurt as much as it does normally! I am never going anywhere else again!

Rose does a perfect job with the eyebrows. She is quick and somehow her threading is far less painful than in some other places. Ideally I would give a five, but this place seems a little pricey to me. Make sure to get an appointment before you go.

I went to Rose because of the great Unilocal reviews. Thanks fellow Unilocal users! Rose was awesome. I let her pick the style to shape my eyebrows… she’s the expert. She took more off than I had anticipated, which ends up really improving my look. It was my first time threading, and I’ve had some negative results from waxing as I have sensitive skin. No problems at all!
I won’t go anywhere else from now on. She’s charming and professional.

I recently moved to walnut creek two months ago and found rose through Unilocal.
I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded many times before and Rose definitely has been the best! My eyebrows were arched pretty high and she’s been working to get them lower to soften up my face. She’s super fast also! Definitely a professional, my friend calls her Dr. Rose LOL.
Not only is she a pro at threading, she is always so vibrant and give out the best energy!

Rose is wonderful! She’s very professional, knowledgeable, and sweet. I have only seen her a few times, but each time she has been consistent with making my eyebrows look great. She’s given my eyebrows a better shape… this is the best they have looked in quite a while.

I LOVE HER. She’s so friendly and cute! I have really thick/​dark/​full eyebrows and I haven’t had them done by anyone besides me in so long because I was afraid that someone would do them way too thin or make the shape too extreme. We had a consultation for about 2 – 3 minutes and then she started doing my eyebrows. She’s really gentle and I barely even felt anything. She was super quick too, it took her less than ten minutes and my eyebrows looked so amazing when she was done. I will definitely be going back to her every 2 – 3 weeks, and it was only $ 15! LOVE her, I can’t stress enough how good she is.

This is my first time getting my eyebrows done by anyone. I usually do my eyebrows myself, but this time I had a hard time reshaping them. After reading other people’s reviews, I just had to give this place a try.
It was confusing to where the entrance was, but I found out that you had to go through Styles Beauty Salon on Cypress St.
Rose was very welcoming. She was very thorough when explaining the procedure and other treatments, especially since it was my first time. I was very comfortable throughout the entire process; she definitely takes care of you. She threaded my eyebrows so quick, it probably only took her about 10 minutes or less to finish. Then she handed me the mirror, and I just loved how she did my eyebrows!
Rose just gained another loyal customer =)

I love Rose! Can’t recommend her enough. Here’s why:
1. She does an amazing job with eyebrows — that’s why you’re here right? She met me the first time, asked what I wanted to do, then formulated an eyebrow «plan». My homework was to stop over plucking the ends. I did. Now people say «Your eyebrows are amazing» and I say «I know, thank you».
2. She is so funny and sweet and great to talk to. I always enjoy seeing her and catching up. She is thoughtful and articulate and fun.
3. Easy to book appointments. I just text her, she texts me back, and confirms with an email. I almost always can get an appointment within the same week or few days I ask for one.
You won’t be disappointed, contact her! Your eyebrows are the frame to your face, getting them threaded gives you an instant upgrade.

Super amazing! Just got me done and she is super nice and makes sure not to go too thin! Also really affordable! Definitely going to come back again.

For the last 5 or so years I’ve been going to places like Threads and Kiki’s Brows and I’ve found that most places just get you in and out without any sort of personalization in your experience. Ergo, I’m SO glad I’ve found Rose. My sister (see review below by C.G.) told me about Rose and I vow to never ever go to anyone but her. She’s seriously reshaped and perfected my brows and I love it. She’s super sweet, super professional and is always accommodating when I need a last minute appt. Her space is clean and she used such great product and is so thorough on achieving what you want. Give her a call ASAP and I promise you won’t ever be disappointed. Also she uses a protractor-​like contraption to achieve perfect symmetry. Seriously, amazing!

Rose continues to provide an excellent service (ie. Eye brows threading, waxing and make-​up) and her new location still downtown 3 mins walk from Macy/​Nordstrom make very convenient with her flexible hours appt/​walk-​ins. Not to mention super close to parking garage/​Maria Maria.

ROSE IS AMAZING!
I first came to her over the summer, nervous because I hadn’t had a good eyebrow experience with the benefit brow bar in concord SunValley Mall. I gave Rose a try based on the reviews I read about her place on Unilocal.
Turns out she is amazing and truly great at what she does. Always willing to squeeze me in last minute and always super nice. She also tints my brows and she has such an eye for picking a great color to match my complexion.
She has totally converted me from waxing to threading and I couldn’t be happier. I am loyal to her and will be glad to refer any of my friends and family looking to have professional brow grooming done by ROSE.
Go see her if you want your brows done the RIGHT way, you won’t be disappointed!

She got me in last minute and was super awesome! Been to many trading places and she is pretty much the best I’ve been to for these reasons:
Accomodating with last minute appointments and flexibility regarding her availability
Informative about the products and technique she uses.
She clearly cares about you as a client and makes an effort to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed
Very clean and organized
She consults well and advises you professionally while taking into account your needs and opinion
All of the above is well worth the cost of her service of $ 15,(BTW, personally I still tip)

Holy Threading Gods I may have met my match for threading standards!
Rose was so meticulous and gave me the consultation of a brow lifetime! She pulled out her Brow PROTRACTOR! No lie!!! A white pen was used to show me the proper start, arch, and end of a brow. She gave me the why behind what/​where she wanted to thread. After her education and expertise about my brows and how they could be their best, she gave me the choice of what I wanted her to do.
The location is literally right above Crème of Walnut Creek. Rose charges $ 15 and is very flexible with hours. She gives her personal phone number so you can call/​text her for an appointment. Talk about great service! I def will be recommending her to friends!
