This is a professional beauty supply store that only sells to licensed cosmetologists, barbers, manicurist, etc. I’ve been coming to this store for quite a while. Their new location is so much better it’s in a new building. So it’s nice and clean and more spacious then the previous location. This location is little further away from my salon and my home, however the other Cosmo Prof in Walnut Creek, is usually out of the products that I’m going in there to purchase. So I find it worth my while to drive a little farther because they stock their inventory better here. Jennifer is always helpful and friendly. I really appreciate it when she’s here. She goes out of her way to help me if I have if I have a question or if I’m looking for a certain product.

Ok so I know this person and have worked with her in the past.
There is a lot of theft in all the stores. She is intense. All I’m saying about her. However I was in on Tuesday lost my diamond wedding band I was taking to have repaired. The ‘NEW’ girl Valerie found my ring and is holding it in the safe for me!
These stores work on numbers and sales. Please give the ‘store’ and Valerie a second chance!

I’m so glad they finally moved to the palos verdes plaza because it’s so much bigger and organized. The parking is plentiful. Don’t have to fight for parking like in the old location with the triads from the massage parlor or namas or that «different FLAVORS of poison» market. It’s right between beauty lounge and chase.
