Hi had Elias come back this morning to do some work on a water heater pump where the connection was leaking. Again, I can not say enough good things about how he conducts business. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable combined with being incredibly polite and clean. He did a great job. I only wish the original plumbing that was done in my house was done by someone as skilled and careful as Elias.

I don’t think you will find anyone better at plumbing then Elias. He provided a fair price and once we agreed he relentlessly got to work. No messing around and the job was done systematically to completion. Every detail of a very major job was handled in excellence. I cant put it any other way.

The number one trait we all want is honesty. We expect skill, Elias is a skilled craftsman AND his honesty matches his skills. He solved our plumbing problem at no cost. No cost! And he gave us tips on how we can do routine maintenance to keep our 1893 home plumbing working.

Our tankless hot water heater stopped working by 8 pm on Sunday night. I called Elias that evening and we spoke about what was going on. He was at my house by noon the next day, Monday, and he spent much of the afternoon flushing out the system. He had to order a new ignitor and he said it would not be til Thursday that it would come in. Luckily for us, it came in on Tuesday afternoon. Elias was over as soon as he could, installed it and we had hot water again by Tuesday night. Thank goodness we only had to shower at a friend’s house for one night. Elias saved the week for us! Awesome job, my friend. Your 5 star review is well earned as well as my future referrals.

Elias is awesome! We called him for an emergency on a weekend and he responded in a timely manner. One of our pipes (under the house) was leaking, yikes!
He ended up finding several leaks and repaired them all in the same day. He was a lifesaver for us since we had been without water the whole day.
I have used him in the past and he has always been reliable and very knowledgeable with his work.
He is very efficient and is very affordable. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Elias helped me out several times from the laundry hook ups to emergency work on the weekends. He’s also helps out by asking the questions that’s needed to assess the job.
He’s efficient, knows what he’s doing and very affordable for a LICENSED plumber.
He also volunteers a lot for the local Hispanic Chamber of Commerce at events for the community.

Yesterday evening, I called Elias Landa, plumber/​owner of Landa Plumbing, Inc., to see if he could come fix my noisy toilet, and he showed up this morning to help. My 2 year old followed him EVERYWHERE and was super excited to see how the inside of the toilet worked when it’s flushed. Elias was great with him – showed him tools, gave him little jobs to do (like flushing the toilet to test it out), explained things to him as he worked. My son was smitten! I posted a cute pic of them working together today.
Thanks, Elias, for always fixing our plumbing needs so quickly! I HIGHLY recommend Landa Plumbing, Inc.
