This is the worst company I have ever dealt with IN MY LIFE! 0 STARS! DO NOT CALL THEM!
The tech was very difficult to understand, and kept giving me different reasons for the problem with my dishwasher. Then the tech cleaned the drain hose which took about 10 minutes– and insistently tried to charge me 240 $ when the initial service call was supposed to be only $ 85, and he was only there less than 40 minutes! He had no business card, no license # and the whole situation was unprofessional, and tense.
I would NEVER let them in my house again. I would rather repair it myself.

The only reason they received one star is because I couldn’t give them NO STARS. First of all the girl ADRIANA who makes the appointments, is the most unprofessional person I have spoken with. She is very rude. I don’t even want to speak with her again. They have been to my house 6 times for my expensive refrigerator, enough said. They don’t show up when they are supposed to. When you have to take a half day off and still they don’t show up on time. I am so done with this company.

If I could give them minus stars I would.
This is by far the WORSE company I have ever had to deal with. The repair guys are jerks calling my appliances pieces of crap and I would never buy shit like this and complained the whole time they were there. They installed a new dishwasher gasket backwards and it leaked onto my floors. When I tried to get them to come back out and fix it they jerked me around canceling appointments and making nothing but excuses. The so called Customer Service girls Adriana to be more specific promised me that «I’ll call you back today with an update, I swear for sure». Well that never happened and its been more than a week so far and STILL NO CALL.
If you ever use this company you’ll pay dearly and regret it for sure.
I will NEVER ALLOW this company near my house or anyone I know and I’ll be telling all my family and friends about this experience.
