I work for a company who is a tenant of this building and has been happily for many years. I’ve been a part of the company for the last seven — three of which I directly handle business with the building management company office. They are located on the third floor of the building and are wonderful people to deal with. Very easy-​going, despite their high level of professionalism. A perfect balance.
How lucky am I to have such great people as my contacts! The building conference room is available to tenants and located on the third floor. I can call the management office and a friendly voice is always happy to schedule it’s use, depending on availability.
The building location is convenient to BART and easy to describe to our clients due to having a prime spot on the corner of Ygnacio and N. Main. Plus, the dancing statue figures out front help a lot. Parking under the building is valet for non-​tenants and charged in half hour increments. I know jurors park here often because we are so close to the WC Courthouse. The valet host is a really nice guy of few words. Just tell him what suite youre visiting and for how long and he takes care of the rest.
Video surveillance through the building promotes a safe atmosphere. And it’s clean. Not just in our offices but through the halls and restroom facilities. The janitorial staff work hard after-​hours and the management company often do walk-​throughs to make sure nothing’s being missed. Any and all issues with lighting, ventillation, or other points of construction are handled promptly by a competent handful of guys. These employees too are wonderful assets to the location and I think have a genuine interest in all of the building tenants.
Many different offices and different types of businesses call this building home — and it’s easy to see why!
