I love, love Papyrus. I love beautiful cards and papers and gifts. I’ve needed to stock up on pretty cards for various holidays and announcements. When asked for my membership I realized I signed up once last year. By the time I came back again it had expired. I hadn’t used the membership at all except once. So for me it wasn’t worth it. I buy what need once then don’t come back again for another year. Customer service is great! I’m always helped promptly and nicely. This is just a great store.

The best cards — yes, expensive but an awesome selection.

Went in here just to explore my options for a wedding gift before I settled for Hallmark or David M. Brian and the girl didnt seem slightly interested in anything I had to say and I was actually having an enthusiastic conversation with her. Or at least I was trying to. Good selection if you know what you’re looking for, just dont expect anything more than a greeting from this location

I recently purchased my wedding invitations at this store. And I can’t say enough wonderful things about all the ladies who helped me. Lauren helped me the most since she was my first contact. However everyone was very helpful in answering all of my questions and I had several questions. Many of my questions were about adding or making changes to the invitations to personalize them. And all of my questions were answered promptly making sure I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted. I am so pleased with my experience at Papyrus. Anyone looking for wedding invitations go to Papyrus they have so many options and experienced associates.

I love this store. I buy all my cards there. Their buy 3 get 1 free special is the best! They might be a bit more expensive but my family and friends always comment on how pretty their cards are. And the people who work there are super friendly! Two thumbs up!

Papyrus is one of the best stationary suppliers in the country. I love so many of their products. They always have the best cards and gifts. It’s so much fun to browse what they have. This store is a smallish location on Main Street in Walnut Creek. It has a fair selection of greeting cards. If you’re tired of the same old cards at the other stores and you feel like you’ve seen them all before, try Papyrus for something completely different. The cards are a little bit more money but worth it in my opinion if you’re going through the trouble of buying a greeting card anyway.

What is it about paper goods that makes me crazy as a junkie after some crack? There should be a pill to help people like me cope with their stationery fetish. For this reason alone I should not live within a 500 mile radius of Papyrus, let alone within walking distance! Lucky for me(and the trees of the forests of the world) Papyrus is expensive… really expensive, and though I would LOVE to buy all five of those cute boxes of thank you notes(for $ 15 – 20 each — yikes!) I will *ahem* restrain myself and settle on one. The ladies at this store give decent service — not overbearing, but«present» and available. I considered doing my wedding invitations here, but honestly the pricing was too high and my hubs and I knew EXACTLY what we wanted — so we made our own(they were beautiful, btw). However, this store has just about the largest selection of thank you notes I’ve ever seen! So when my honey and I got back from our honeymoon we said«screw hand-made matching thank yous» and I went straight to Papyrus. They had some lovely thank you cards that just about fit the style of our invites — no fuss, no muss. I didn’t even mind the $ 16 I paid for them :)

Papyrus is the type of store I would only go to for announcements. That being said, when I went in to ask about graduation announcements the staff member who helped me didn’t seem all that enthused to explain much about them to me. I looked through the books she set out but found most of the cards offered were for high school, were school specific or were slightly clip-art ish. I found myself frustrated with the fact that I couldn’t find a single thing I thought would work. I also did not want to buy 30+ cards in bulk and they don’t offer anything less. I’ll be going to a different printer/Calligrapher.

A belated update(3 months after the wedding), but I wanted to follow up and say that our invitations were impeccable. Crane & Co. did a great job on the printing, and Papyrus was great at keeping us updated throughout the process. Our invitations even came in early. I highly recommend using Papyrus to order invitations.
