Quiznos

We love this place. Everything is always fresh and consistently made. We go here at least 3 – 4 times a month. It is always clean and well stocked. What more can you want from a sandwich, salad and soup place.

The last time that I ordered delivery from here, they took it upon themselves to replace the 2 bags of Ruffles Cheddar & Sour Cream chips with a bag of Sun Chips Harvest Cheddar & a bag of Ruffles Sour Cream & Onion without checking with me first! Then, they lied to GrubHub & told them they’d refund my $ 5 cash. They never did. Deciding to give them another chance was a bigger mistake. As soon as I placed my order, the old Chinese dude unnecessarily called me to let me know that my order would be complete but when I tried to talk, he kept talking over me. When I was done, he had the nerve to accuse me of not letting HIM talk (!!) and asked if I was done! He was a bit early with the delivery and became upset when I didn’t immediately answer the door. I let him know I was coming from a few feet away and he saw that my hands were full yet he expected me to somehow take the bag from him at that moment (!!). He started yelling (!!) at me to take the food but I had to find a place to put the stuff down first. He was on the phone with his next delivery customer, yelling at them too that he was going to be late, which made no sense since, as I stated, he was early with mine. When my arms were free, my dog ran towards the door and to keep her from running out to him, I had to direct her to sit and stay but the delivery guy was getting more angry at me for keeping him waiting another minute and he tried to come in! He was so rude, loud and inappropriate! Then, all the way to his car, he was telling his next customer that I was the reason he’d be late! He was literally at my door for three minutes!

The sandwich was good, staff wasn’t good. Didn’t want to honor my Unilocal coupon for checking in. So the employee had to speak to the owner who was nice, and they honored it. It was crowded around noon, and they didn’t seem to handle that very well.

Enjoying the pretzel bread with turkey, spicy mustard and swiss. A nice switch from the other bread choices.

I’ve always loved Quiznos, but I just had the most amazing experience I have ever received at one last night.
I walk in about 8:35 last night, not knowing that they close at 9:00. I guess my first clue could of been that everything was cleaned up and being put away. That didn’t stop them from happily taking my order and even warming up a fresh batch of soup just for me. The two employees working behind the counter didn’t seem to be annoyed at all, which I was honestly expecting and wouldn’t have held it against them. They smiled, made my sandwich (which was delicious) and the gentleman even brought my soup to me when it was ready to go. They put everything back on the soda fountain and condiments bar, just for me.
I ate my sandwich quickly and tried to get out of there as quick as possible so that they could continue their work and get out on time. I have seriously never been this impressed with any fast food chain before. Bravo to the staff at this location.

The only quiznos i trust in the area. The owner Jerry takes pride in his business and does all the deliveries himself. Great guy with excellent customer service and great food. Everytime i try a different quiznos location, it sucks compared to this one.

I eat at this Quiznos several times each month, and I always find the restaurant to be clean and the staff to be courteous and attentive. My order is always made accurately and tastes delicious. Thank you Quiznos on Oak Grove Rd.

haven’t tried Quiznos for awhile. previously tried torpedos. mostly bread, not so tasty.
this Quiznos had a 2.99 Italian classic sub promotion. (small, reg. 5.69?)
–choose jalepeno cheese roll, nix the lettuce.
got mostly sliced meat with some vinegar, spiciness
unsure what their prep routine is. sub «toasted»
–tasted pretty good, with hints of vinegar & spiciness.
3.5 stars for value special.

regular pricing is a bit much
–subs taste better than subway.

This was my first time to this Quizno’s and walking inside the place was very clean. I decided to get a large Italian on rosemary parmesan bread. The service was great it was quick and the food was excellent Next time I think I will try something else but overall the whole experience was really good.

Clean and well-​maintained. I have been here a few times and thought that the people were pretty friendly and efficient.
Good food and works just fine for a quick lunch pick-​up.

Good customer service and tasty food. I recommend the pesto chicken flat bread.

HORRIBLE Customer service from the manager. My husband had purchased a deal to receive 8 regular size sandwiches for the price of 4. When the deal was handed over to the manager my husband was given a punch card (with NO expiration date). Every time we went to use the punch card we were given attitude and treated rudely. We were in their this past weekend to use subs 5 & 6 and he asked that we not use the card any longer and he took the remaining 2 sub punches and refused to give us the card back. He claimed he would not be reimbursed for the «free» subs we were receiving.
We will NEVER go back to this Quizno’s.

Came here for a quick bite to eat. While I was looking at the printed menu, they had a special that said «Choose 2 for $ 1.99.» There were 4 catergories to choose from: Sammie, Soup, Salad and a flat bread sub. I thought this was a great deal, I brought the menu and picked out my 2 items. I pointed to it and said «I’ll have the 2 for $ 1.99 special.» Immediately a Chinese man with a very thick accent came up to me and said «That’s a typo.» I said «what’s a typo?» He said «It’s 1 for $ 2.99 or 2 for $ 5.49. The printing press made a mistake I cannot give it to you for that price.» I was going to tell him that legally, he has to give it to me for what was advertised, but I didn’t really want to make a big deal over a few dollars plus I had my baby girl with me and wanted to get out of there as quickly as I could. So I just ordered another sandwich.
As I was paying, I told the lady who rung me up that they should take down the brochures just to advoid any confusion. Again, the guy came up to me and started yelling at me saying «So what do you want me to do not advertise my menu? I can’t afford to throw them out because the printing press made a mistake. Out of all my customers you are the only one to complain.» I told him that I wasn’t trying to complain, just wanted to save him some headache and confusion. I also told him that I understand if he didn’t want to throw out the menus then he could simply take a sharpie and black out the mistaken price. He said that he didn’t have time to do that on all the menus. I told him that it wasn’t necessary for him to yell at me I was simply trying to help him. Eventually he walked to the back.
I asked the lady if that was the manager and she said that was the owner and his name is Jared. There was another woman in there at the time and she said that she has heard others complain but Jared doesn’t do anything but argue with customers. This was my first time here and my last time.

Its a chain, but great place when you want to grab something thats NOT a burger. Sure the calories can also add up here, but you can go with their classic menu and stick to sandwiches under 500 calories. Cuz its all about eating right… right? Bueller? Bueller?

Meh, what can you say about a chain, or what more can you say about a chain. Of all the restaurants in this plaza, looks like the best choice, unless you want to rape your wallet. Really cant go wrong with Turkey, but regardless of the sandwich size, hunger will rear its head sooner than you think.
