I have never been so disappointed with my service at Starbucks. I always do Mobile Ordering. I live in the apartment complex nearby and by i have never had any issues other than today. I ordered my coffee on the App, got in my car and drove to the Starbucks. Finally found a spot to park and walked over and went to the pick up counter and stood there for a few minutes while the barista was flirting with a customer not acknowledging me at all. This is a Friday morning, close to 7am, tons of people in the store. That is why i mobile order, so i can walk up and get my coffee and be on the road to work. After a minute or two of waiting i finally interrupted the flirting conversation and stated i had a mobile order for Katie. She looked at me with her very annoyed expression because i just interrupted her flirting and said, oh it will be a few minutes, i just got your order. WHAT? I ordered my coffee 10 minutes ago, how did you just get it? She then goes back and continues to flirt. Another man is also getting annoyed. He gets his coffee first, she then finished making the guys coffee that she is flirting with and then finally starts to make mine. I finally get my coffee, I’m extremely annoyed but respectfully don’t say anything. I get into my car, drive to work, and take a sip of my coffee. IT’S WRONG! How is this good customer service? Please speak with your employee about my experience. I work in retail, i have for the last 10 years and i know how a customer should be treated, i was treated the exact opposite of how one should. Give her some coaching, she really needs it. I was in the store about 6:45 am on Friday 2/26, she was a younger Asian woman. I’m sure you can figure out who the employee was. Hopefully the next time i go in there, my coffee will be ready for me and made correctly.

Perfect, I love this Starbucks because they have a great space for business meetings, studying, or having your favorite coffee with your loved one. The variety of chairs and tables are awesome, every time I go there with a different thing in mind, I find a suitable chair and table for it.

Whole store’s employees have understanding problem. Every time I say light ice, they always give me 2⁄3 cup of ice. I’m not paying 5 bucks for your fuking ice. I can get 10lbs of ice for 5 bucks from Safeway. THANKS for your **** valuable ice.

I was just there I had a really tasty spinach turnover and a glass of ice water. I just didn’t think they were as friendly at this location as others. I got talking to some cool people outside.

Typical Starbucks, So most of the time in & out so quick that there’s not a lot that stands out. They seem to have almost everything in stock always. Oh parking around it can be a pain especially with the new restaurant near by.

My favorite Starbucks in the area! Not only is it convenient by being right below where I live, but it has a great selection of reserve coffee! The staff are very kind and new my name after only a few times being there! Now I walk in and they pretty much know what I’m after. Only drawbacks to this location is that is seems to be a very popular location. I rarely go in there and get to walk straight up the counter. Not that I need to drive here, but there is a huge parking garage right behind the store underneath the apartment building with plenty of parking for customers who can’t walk to the store. Possibly the East Bays best location. If it isn’t the best, it’s pretty close!

I like this location as it is next to the BART station and the service is always good. The food and beverages here are your standard Starbucks faire and there never has been a long line. The best part is that you can park in the back lot in the residential area for 30 min, so you don’t have to fight for street parking out front.

Six stars. The manager there seems to hire people who are genuinely VERY nice and they always seem on top of things. It gets crowded sometimes, but they’ve designed the space well and there’s almost always seating, either inside or out. This store has a particularly nice vibe for people doing a little work, conversing over coffee or taking a break from a walk/run/bike on the adjacent Iron Horse trail. It’s also very close to Pleasant Hill BART, and is a convenient place to meet before/after a trip into the city. Wifi is generally very good.

Cute little Starbucks on the corner right by Bart. They have a parking garage, but that’s not very convenient. They offer street parking but it fills up extremely fast! They had my coffee done fast! And wasn’t busy for a Monday morning at 7:30! Which is great!

What’s not to like?!? Great location near Pleasant Hill bart station. There’s street and garage parking nearby so parking not that big of an issue. Plus, they have great customer service. My favorite drink has to be the caramel macchiato with an extra shot. Yummy!!!

Ive gone to this Starbucks past few weekends. It is located next to pleasant hill Bart and good stop point if going along iron horse trail. It’s a good place to study as there are many seats and electrical outlets for computers. There is also some outside seating and many dog owners stop by the store. The bad things about this store is inventory related. Of the 4 times I’ve been there one time they were out of the vegetarian versions of there sandwiches. Another time they said there expression machine was broken so only drip coffee and teas. I normally always get mocha so this was bummer. Also there is ample free parking but there is time limit. Great if coming in and leaving but not if studying

Having lived in WC for 12yrs now, I’ve able to scope-out the local tea/coffee warehouses. And though I have difficulty admitting it… I am a Starbucks devotee. As the product of a childhood spent in a mom & pop pharmacy, pre-corporate, soda-fountain-type establishment; I make attempt to support the independent small bizness person. Here, I make an exception… and I’m not even a coffee drinker. But I can consistently count on the crew of baristas at ‘my’ ‘Bucks(as a friend uses the familiar) to move the line along, know my drink order, specifics X3? and keep tabs on my recycled travel cups. They also delivered in a gentle manner, as gently as possible, preparing for my disappointment; when told the spinach square would no longer be on the menu. My heart was broken and continues to be in the mend. Kudos to the crew at the Starbucks in front of the WC/Pleasant Hill BART. Thanks for making each visit delightful!

Been to many Starbucks but this is one of the worst that I’ve been to. and the first time too. So i come in and no one’s in line in front of me. There are 4 baristas and none of them acknowledge my presence and have their backs to the counter. Once one does finally greet me, no «hello» or pleasant attitude. Just asked what I wanted… I brought my own cup to save plastic but the barista didn’t bother reading what my drink was so messed it up and ended up putting it in a plastic cup, which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. This place really needs to work on their customer service and reading cups

Ok, it’s Monday, I’m feeling like a zombie. I NEEDCOFFEE. Good thing Starbucks is two minutes away. Besides the close proximity to my workplace, this Starbucks on Treat and Jones is way faster in service than the one on Treat and North Main. Plus, if you’re a regular like me, they will remember your order. They have the same menu as every other Starbucks but if you’re feeling like something new, ask any of the workers what their fave drink is and they won’t steer you wrong. They are so friendly here. Parking is indoor, bathrooms are clean, friendly workers, stocked pastries, and drinks made to perfection each time.

I love the atmosphere of coffee shops(as you can tell by my reviews!) and enjoy visiting new ones especially. This Starbucks, a couple blocks from the Pleasant Hill BART, seemed to be in an unusual location for this area, not located in the typical small shopping mall. It’s on the northwest corner of Treat and Jones, and not being in a shopping mall, the first question has to be: where do I park? There is parallel parking on Treat, and this time I was fortunate to find a spot. But several reviews mentioned a parking garage: there is no parking garage to be seen nearby. So I went hunting for it on foot. The garage entrance is off of Sunne Lane — drive west on Treat(towards 680) past the Starbucks, and it’s the first right. It’s a small street and easy to miss. Garage entrances are on both sides of the street in the first half block after your right on Sunne. Brand spanking new garage, very nice. This is a great Starbucks. Still has that newish atmosphere since it’s only three years old, and is quite large inside with a very generous seating area. In nice weather there is out sightseeing as well, but it was raining today and almost all of the outside seats were removed. I was here 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, which you would think would be a slow time, but there were only a handful of seats left. But no complaints — my PSL was perfectly made, not much of a wait, and inside was a nice blend of understated talking and numerous people interacting with their technology. Seems like a good place if you have homework to do or something that requires concentration. Worth checking out if you’re in the area. Just remember: garage parking off of Sunne Lane.

I’ve never seen a Starbucks that I liked, I really hate their coffee; not so good, And I’m not proud that I detest America’s choice for caffeinated drinks But then I saw this new coffee machine that they just invented, Polished, new and does not look-a rented, Then I cared, because it looked really really cool. It had some stuff like elevators and a little blowtorch, Foamy coffee bubbled at the top Now I care, I’m all lost in this coffee affair With the Starbucks Clover(Clover) Makes the coffee taste great Like Four Barrel or Ritual, Still Philz might be a stretch, But regardless it’s better(better) Better than their standard brew, I just wish it didn’t(it didn’t, it didn’t, it didn’t) Cost a lot more money.

Really convenient parking — garage or street, take your pick! In a residential area/close to bart so it isn’t always packed. Lots of seating and tables to do your computer work. My go-to drinks: green tea soy latte w 2 pumps of matcha, no classic or a passion tea lemonade w 2 pumps raspberry, no classic

I *really* enjoy grabbing a caffeinated beverage here and chilling out. Since this is the newest Starbucks in town, it’s a larger space where there is plenty of room for lots of tables and chairs inside as well as tables and chairs outside. Never a lack of seating here! I can always meet people on weekday evenings or weekend mornings and find a table and two chairs available. Another plus are friendly and kind baristas. Here’s what happened while I was distracting myself while waiting for someone to arrive :) I witnessed an elderly gentleman drop his Starbucks brand mug, which broke. You could see that he’d had it awhile(it matched his elderly wife’s mug :) They were upset and debated a while about what to do. What happened next, surprised me! The elderly gentleman showed a young male barista what had happened. The barista walked the man to a display and showed him various similar mugs. The elderly man chose one to purchase — and the barista told him no to worry, it was a replacement! Do you think that they will remain loyal customers? Absolutely! A third perk is the parking! Plenty of street parking in front on Treat Blvd., street parking in back next to the apartments on Sunne Lane, as well as an adjacent parking garage!

So I have passed this Starbucks almost every day and I have never stopped to go inside. There was a Unilocal event that happened to be right next door since I was a little early and they were not set up yet I headed over to Starbucks. This location is kind of weird since there doesn’t seem like there would be a lot of parking but I found a spot really easily. When I walked inside, the place was much bigger then I thought and very clean. There was a lot of people inside probably due to the Unilocal event and the store employees all had smiles on their faces and quickly and efficiently helped everyone in the line. I will be back to this store when I need my delicious White Chocolate Mocha!
