Wonderful Attorney! I wanted a help with one of my real estate situations and called this law office for a Free consultation. I spoke to the attorney himself and he spent more than 30 mins on phone educating me of possible scenarios REALISTICALLY and gave me suggestions on what can I do at this point of time. He sounded very practical and is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this attorney for any help you need with your legal needs.

Spoke with Matt about trying to cancel a purchased contract on selling of my home. After giving him the details he was very honest with me. I respect attorneys who don’t beat around the bush. He was straight forward as to the most possible outcome even though it wasn’t what i may have wanted to hear, but at same time very empathetic. I have great respect for that. Thank you.

Getting some legal advice!
I found this firm on Unilocal and they certainly deserve their 5 star review! I called for a free consultation, as advertised on Unilocal,and David was phenomenal! I needed some legal advice regarding an issue with my landlord and David gave me the proper civil codes to consult, as well as great advice for filing a small claims suit. David was professional, helpful, and seemed very nice over the phone.
In times like these, it’s nice having helpful people on your side who aren’t just after your money. If my problem persists I’ll definitely be back!

We closed on our home yesterday!
Three months ago, our landlord emailed us that she was selling our place. One of the contingencies was to forgo a realtor. She said she «had someone» who would help. We went for it, but also knew that as first time buyers, we needed someone in our corner.
I contacted ten real estate attorneys in the area. I communicated with five. I ended up with three I would consider on the higher end of cost, and two on the lower end (which I share to show that I didn’t just go with the one cheapest).
David, as everyone here mentions, is GREAT ON THE PHONE. And so is the receptionist. I never had trouble getting a hold of him, even during the holidays. The rapport he is able to build on the phone proved to be an invaluable quality…
A month after our initial offer, the long distance landlord’s «someone» flaked on her and the landlord got cold feet. I put her in touch with David and asked him to help calm her nerves and explain how simple this transaction could be. From then on, it was all systems go.
I’m really pleased with how smoothly things went, how reassuring David was, and how reasonably priced. I heartily recommend him.
