Normally I don’t give 5 Star Unilocal reviews, but I’ve got to for Yummy Bunny Cupcakes. I am fortunate to have been part of the taste-testing(best job ever!) and so far I’ve tested; Caramel, Peanut Butter Cup, Carrot Cake, Churro, Lemon Marshmallow, and Chocolate Chip. The cakes are very moist and full of flavor and the frostings are a perfect combination of creamy and sweet but not too sweet. Had I not been told, I never would have guessed the cupcakes were vegan — honest! I also like the fact that they are mini cupcakes because that means I can have a couple different flavors and not feel too guilty. ;-) Excellent cupcakes, try them, you won’t be disappointed!
