Mike has a plethora of experience, is trustworthy, friendly, and affordable. I feel safe with my Mercedes in his hands and would much rather visit him than the dealership, any day. To me his service is superior.

I was driving my BMW Z4 through the California Delta on a beautiful spring day last week, top down, loving life. Passed over the bridge on 160 in Walnut Grove and thought how odd, a European car repair shop here in the middle of nowhere. About a mile past the shop my car dies. I limp back to the shop and meet Mike Morris the owner. He dropped what he was working on to try and solve my problem. I had to leave it overnight for further diagnostics. The final diagnosis after checking many items was ethanol in the fuel. I rarely drive the car and it sits months on end. Mike was unexpectedly reasonable in his charges, so much so that I cut him a check for twice the amount. I wish he was located closer to my home in Roseville. So very nice to meet an honest mechanic that really knows his stuff. The Golden Rule applies at Morris Motors in Walnut Grove, CA. I think my BMW wanted to have issues as she drove past his shop just so she could have him care for her. Can cars do that?

Okay, okay, I should have done it before… Mike deserves SIX stars! Not only is he THE BEST: he explains everything in plain english (not mechanic’s language), he doesn’t do repairs that are not needed (thank you, thank you, thank you!!), his prices are reasonable, he gets to my car promptly, he’s very experienced, he’s personable, AND HE WASHED MY CAR! I was wrong the first time, he should have had five stars, but the car wash was actually above and beyond the call, for sure! If you are looking for someone to do restorations or work on your car, go to this guy. You might think W. Grove is too far out there but you can enjoy the river towns. Don’t bother with the traffic in the Arden area, just go to Morris Motors!
