Very rude worker. I’m glad I don’t have to give this place my business. The one time I came out with a few friends to grab some expensive ass cream(which, btw, I hate its melted consistency. Ice cream does not go through rigorous physical analysis to be chopped into dumb drips!!), I felt so turned off to ever come back. My friend asked a simple question about the price for scoops, because, a regular ice cream parlor has one(and the last time I ate from a Coldstone ~7 years ago, they had scoops), and the little girl behind the counter gave us this really angry answer about the sizes being $ 1 per ounce. Excuse you. Maybe she had a bad day or whatnot, but the rest of our experience wasn’t so pleasant with her. She was even reluctant to give us an extra spoon. Never coming back.

Love this cold stones, we just moved here recently and it’s a new cold stones for us. The ladies in here are always amazingly friendly and remember us every time and they always remember our small son. They are always willing to go the extra mile and we always look forward to going.

Good ice cream, very creamy, and I mean very creamy, they could have more fruit selection on toppings, friendly and clean, small place not a lot seating room, but I do recommend this place, the banana ice cream was really good.

I’m not a huge fan of Cold Stone because the ice cream is always half melted after mixing and the prices are expensive. Having said that, this location offers a free ‘Love It’ size after you check in, so I gave it a 3-star. Overall, the workers were nice and polite to me, despite seeing other negative reviews. I always take the ice cream to go, and after taking it home and placing it in the freezer for 30 minutes, it is perfect. PS — No inside seating is inside, so plan ahead.

1) Typical Cold stones. 2) NO inside seating available, so if it’s Hot, you will have to take your ice cream out in the Sun… Not good customer experience. 3) Typical prices, around $ 5-$ 5.75 per person.

The service here sucks. But it’s close to my house I came in about a month ago around 1’o clock on a weekday. I don’t know about you but I like to have my waffle cup with my ice cream. Unfortunately I didn’t get my waffle bowl this day because«They don’t make waffle bowls at this time and it’s too early.» Needless to say I was pissed and went to the location in chino. If you are an ice cream shop shouldn’t those waffle cups be made upon opening and throughout the day. The staff needs some training on how to treat customers. Obviously they ran out the night before and didn’t prepare a fresh batch for the next day which is totally unacceptable. —-Fast forward two weeks they ran out of almonds once again on a weekday evening. I headed to chino location better service and they don’t run out of products!!!

You can’t go wrong with Cold Stone. Okay maybe you can but nothing went wrong this time. Delicious founders favorite went down well. My ice cream partner enjoyed her Birthday Cake Remix as always. So good. –1 Star because service was slow, only two staff at that moment and a line of people on Memorial Day Monday evening. Shall come again once I’ve worked off last weeks eats.

I’m not sure why but this location closes way earlier then the one on Colima. We were literally 4 minutes late & walked up to the locked doors. There were 2 people in side &2 workers and they let us in & helped us with their ice-cream. THANKSGIRLS.

Used the free«love it» ice cream Unilocal check in deal which is valued at 4.99 and got another one free! A shout out to the staff that helped explained what was what and how the deal worked! Thanks! I got chocolate ice cream and peanut butter topping and coffee plus chocolate ice cream with graham cracker bits! No pictures tho. Too dark. Lol! Came home and found another free«love it» coupon in my to go bag. Valid until 12/31/2014!!! Guess who’s coming back for more ice cream?!! :)

I love the whole concept of Cold Stone, but I have a real issue with the actual flavors and how sweet it is. I came here with my friend the other week since it was so hot outside and we wanted some type of dessert. Our other top choices were all closed or too far away so we just decided to come here. They had a special that day which was 2 love its for $ 10. It was a pretty good deal so we just decided to get that since it was cheaper than buying 2 of the like it sizes. I ordered the cookie minster which is mint ice cream with Oreo cookies and fudge. I personally wanted the ice cream to have more of a mint flavor, but I guess it didn’t even matter since I only took about 4 bites before I was done. I swear this thing is so sweet that if you eat any more of it you will for sure get diabetes. Overall, I realized once again that I do not care for Cold Stone that much. Nowadays there are so many other great places to get a dessert on a hot day.

Horrible! I walk in and saw a sign that says follow on instagram to find deals. So I tried… The lady who was working LEA!!! Yes her, has no clue why I couldn’t find them on ig!!! Minutes later we we figured it out. When I saw the deal she was like u can use the deal once. I’m like Damn Ok. I’ll get my cousins phone so I did. It was cool then. But minutes later after I left I noticed I forgot my stamp card! This chick had to nerve to tell my daughter she can’t stamp it Cuz I had to have presented it when I paid for my ice creams! Really??? So I called got her name. N waiting for her to get notified by corporate! Cuz if u Wana b that rude u shouldn’t work there!

I love the ice cream cakes, ice cream and waffle bowls sold here. It is expensive, but it’s customizable, quality ice cream! You can choose the size, type of ice cream(s), the number and kinds of mix-ins, toppings, waffle cones, etc. that you want. You can also order from their ‘Signature Creations’, which are some of their popular flavors and mix-ins. Do you feel like eating a pizookie?! They will put cookie dough pieces on the bottom of your cup, heat it and add your choice of ice cream/toppings, done(no need for a trip to BJ’s). You can tell that the workers here are young, inexperienced and don’t really want to be there serving you. I order my ice cream, pay and take it to eat outside on the tables; you don’t interact with the workers much anyways. It would be nice if they were overly friendly and chipper, as they do work at an ice cream shop, but it won’t stop me from getting my ice cream fix. I picked up an ice cream cake for my sister’s birthday a few days ago. The cashier told me that no one working could/knew how to write ‘Happy Birthday’ on the cake for me, which was disappointing. I have bought several cakes from this location and have never encountered that excuse. I should have asked to borrow their pastry bag and wrote it myself. Anyways, despite the lack of friendly/helpful service, I will be back during my next craving for ice cream!

I am a total dessert-ophile and this was the location of my first ever date many years ago(lol) so it kind of breaks my heart that this Cold Stones only has a 2.5 star rating! So the main problem seems to be the customer service. Out of all the times I’ve visited, I haven’t had any problems. I wouldn’t say the service is especially stellar… but it’s an ice cream joint and everyone’s decently pleasant– what more do they need to be? Regarding the closing time, I have noticed they sometimes pack up early, so I always call before heading out if it’s getting late. Price-wise yeah it’s a little priecy. But I always find the ice cream good and creamy and it’s funny thinking of how novel this place was back in the day! I also like that the toppings are mixed in and not just placed on top like the yogurt places nowadays. Anyway this is a very long review. TL;DR: Love Cold Stone. I’m a fatty. Never had a problem with service. Cue nostalgia.

I never seem to encounter any issues at this coldstones. Although most of the workers are probably high school students and not as friendly as they could be, most of them are generally polite. They do however enjoy talking to each other before they actually come and serve/help you out. Again, never packed when I’m there. I feel like I’m usually the only customer. There has been on or two times with a line in which the servers are a bit slow in helping out customers, but I understand since the ice cream mixing is so difficult.

My kids LOVE cold stone ice cream! My family and I came here after finish eating at Pieology next door. My daughter’s school is having fundraising event at both of these two locations today. There were suppose to be flyers send home for the event. My daughter’s teacher had gone home early for a family emergency. As a result no flyers were send home for my daughter’s class. The girl who was working at the time(6:30pm, 4÷16÷2014), rudely declined our request for our order to be included as fundraising order without the flyer.(15% of profit to be donated). If she had been nice, I would still ordered my kids ice cream regardless. At Pieology earlier, they gladly accepted our food orders as a fundraising order with a big smile without any flyer! What a difference in customer service!

After dinner we visit this Cold Stone location around 8:50pm, the door was lock and the server inside look at us like I’m stupid and wouldn’t even bother to say anything which the sign on the door said M-F 11am-930pm, but I guess they lock the door around 845pm so they can clean up and go home early. Will not want to visit this location again specially the customer service
