The place is a joke. I purchased 2 laser lipolysis treatments on groupon. I called them to set up an appointment and I couldn’t speak with anyone for days. I guess no one ever works in that dept? They dont even have their own number. I finally was able to get through and speak with someone to make an appointment after numerous attempts. She was supposedly booked for a month. She made an appointment for me on a saturday that was about a month later because thats all she had available.
No reminder calls. Their hours are screwed up and I tried to call 3 days in advance to confirm my appointment, but of course I couldnt speak with anyone. The day came and I drove an hour for my appointment and guess what? Theyre closed! No one is there. Their phone lines are busy. What a waste of my time and money. Dont be fooled guys!!! This place is not legit. What kind of place does that? And update ur hours people!!! Ugh feel like I got scammed
