I have been here 3 times, and they have gotten my order wrong each time. I won’t even bother anymore. Go to the one inside the Shell next to Wagon Wheel. Those ladies are so sweet and adorable.

If I could do a negative star I would, the staff there is horrible. We asked for cinnamon sugar munchkin (coming from Florida, where in Florida they sell them) the cashier laughed at us and said we don’t have that. Then we ordered our coffees and donuts. One of the drinks were wrong and then of course the donut I didn’t want, staff is so slow and rude. It was hard to understand them as they wouldn’t speak properly. The previous times it was the same problem to where I’ve officially decided to never go back to this place.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience there today. The person behind the counter was arguing with a young girl about what she ordered, She was telling her no YOU ordered the dark roast and she was like… no I didn’t. I don’t like dark roast. and the person behind the counter would not let it go… she kept arguing with the customer. then when I got my order from her… it was also WRONG. There wasn’t a manager to speak to there at the time either. Very, very surprised there isn’t a manager there during what I can only imagine is their busiest time of the day between 6 and 9. STAY AWAY! YOU WILL GET A WRONG ORDER AND BE BLAMED FOR IT!!!

This location is terrible. Always very slow service, and rude employees. On my last visit the manager was going off on a profanity laced rant about a previous customer. So unprofessional to do that in front of customers including CHILDREN!
