Solid Dunkin, fair service, no complaints here it’s a staple for anyone who loves the chain

Of the many dozens of Dunkin Donuts I have been too, the staff here is among the friendliest and nicest. The Dunkin Donuts is located inside Tedeschi’s(and there’s not a sign for it on the outside). There is no sitting area either. But the staff is friendly, polite, and prompt, which unfortunately cannot be said about all Dunkin Donuts.

Great clean place for a quick bite but no sitting area. That cost them a star. e

I absolutely love this place and I’m not even a DD fan. The folks behind the counter are fantastic — professional, on top of orders, each has his or her own thing to do and split the orders accordingly and keep it organized all the way, very very quick service and they’re just so enthusiastic! Most coffee places, you groan and loathe it if there are 15 people in line in front of you but here you know it’s not going to make any difference at all. It’s extremely busy in the morning hours so parking is a little merry-go-round-like and there’s always sketchy guys standing outside the convenience store but none of that deters the regulars crowd from this DD. They know a lot of regulars personally and have little inside jokes or continuing conversations with most of them which is the cornerstone of good customer service! Unfortunately, they’ve sometimes got my coffee wrong. Too sweet, not sweet at all or fat free instead of whole milk. It depends on who does it & I dont want to be rude by asking for one person so I just repeat my order a couple of times and check before I leave. Again, despite the parking & messed up orders, I love going here because of the exemplary work Sony & the others do!

This Dunkin’ is where it’s at, and luckily it’s right down the block from me. Sonny and the rest of the crew know what they are doing in the morning and get it done fast. They never give me any kind of crap when I use coupons, and they even gave me a medium combo once when I ordered a small and a sandwich a la carte and the combo was 1 cent more. I’ve never had a messed up drink order, but minus a star for the rare occasion that the coffee is a little bitter/burnt. Having a Tedeschi in the same place is convenient, but like so many things in Waltham, the place should be open 24 hours.

Love this Dunks! Too bad it is in a really sketchy convenience store. Always men hanging around outside for hours. I go every weekend. They are really fast, accurate, and friendly. Sony, the ring leader there is always on top of everything! Keep up the great work!

Yes, this is a great Dunkins. Employees are friendly and efficient and I always feel like I am getting fresh food. Love that it is in Tedeschi’s so you can get other items while there.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is in a Tedeschi’s, so it’s quite small but MAN are they efficient! I’ve gone when there’s been a line out the door, and they will get through everyone in a cool 5 – 10 minutes. My only complaint about this particular DD is the fact that they tend to give me the wrong coffee somewhat frequently. I always get hot coffee, black. Simple, no Apparently not. At least 5 different times I’ve gotten in my car, taken a sip, only to find its saturated with milk and sometimes flavored syrup(ick!). At first I figured it was just due to someone else ordering the sickeningly sweet drink, and them getting the two mixed up. However, I’ve had this happen twice when I was the only customer there. So, I’m not quite sure what’s up with that — but always check your coffee prior to leaving the store!

I am surprised this Dunkin Donuts does not have a review yet. I have lived in Waltham for three years, and I have tried 95% of the other locations in the area multiple times each. Even though this is a small Dunkin Donuts that is part of a Tedeschi’s, it is by far the best in this area. All of the employees that work there now have been there since I moved here. That’s dedication. They are all extremely efficient, and they often remember everyone’s order before they even have to say it. They also say your order aloud to themselves after you say it to ensure they get it right. Even when there is a huge line, I still make sure to go to this Dunkin Donuts. If there is a line of 15 people in front of you, you can still get out of there within five minutes. Only annoyance is that the parking lot is one way, and you can’t get back onto Moody St. without cutting through a bank parking lot adjacent to it.
