The manager of this McDonald’s waited on me during my last visit — weekday during lunch. She did not smile, she did not ask me what I wanted, did not say hello. I said hello and she just stood there. I placed my order and while she punched my order in she started speaking to her crew and ignored me. I was completely invisible to her. I paid for my meal, she gave me change and a receipt but did not look at me nor did she say thank you. Completely rude. I wonder how the McDonald’s corporate team would feel if they saw this. As I waited for my order I noticed how dirty the guest area was. I wondered if the kitchen was clean. When my order was ready a young man, who had been speaking with his co-workers and the manager as he gathered my order, plunked my bag on the counter and walked away! He did not call my order number he just put the bag on the counter and walked over to the manager, who stood there the whole time, and began speaking with her. Finally, another young woman realized that no one had notified me of my order being ready and she tried to apologize. At this point the young man came back and made a weak effort to apologize while the manager just stood there. This McDonald’s has a crew that does not have any regard for the public at large. The restaurant itself is not clean and the customer service is horrible! if the manager is so miserable she should get a new career.

I had the misfortune of working at McD’s when I was a teenager. And I remember we had training videos showing us the ‘bad McDonalds’ and the ‘good McDonalds’, the girls in the crew used to ask me to put on the bad McD’s video for laughs. Well, this particular location perhaps was ongoing a video shoot dfor an update of that video because it was pretty awful. The first clue was that the crew was wearing their street clothes, looked very sloppy. My visit was at 7:30AM, prime breakfast ruch time and I just wanted a sandwich. They were not that busy but they were incedibly slow, mainly because the crew was socializing and not paying attention to customers. It was so bad I that decided to fill out the survey in my receipt which I never do. there are hopefully better options out there unless you are starving, avoid! Oh, and NO drive thru!

This may be the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. I walk into the restaraunt and i see about 10 – 12 people waiting on their orders, while the cooks in the back are socializing with one another. I then place my order and stand off to the side where i wait for my food. I see at least 5 bugs flying around, close enough to the food where customers should be concerned. Also, my order took about 15 minutes to get in my hands. The food was good but the service was not.

We stumbled across this place on a Friday night on our way to a hotel after landing in Boston. Got there just after 10 pm and everything else was closed, or we would have gone to Panera. The fact that this McD’s was the only open restaurant in sight on a Friday summer night but there was only one other group in the place should have been sufficient warning. The fries were old and barely warm, the fry oil was probably old, my husband’s burger looked like it had spent a lot of time on a back burner before being rewarmed for his order. It was truly the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Going hungry would have been a better option. Believe the other reviews and give this place a pass.

I usually don’t make a review on a McDonald’s, but this time I think I need to. In fact, I pulled out my laptop right now at the restaurant just to do the review. It is 7:15AM on Feb 8th, 2015, just so, hopefully, management or McDonald’s ownership knows who the staff is at that time. Anyway, I am one of three people in at the restaurant, and the only one in line. It took five minutes for me to get my «fast food», and it was mostly because people were just talking, not because I was really waiting for anything. After that, I see the girl in the back making a some of food(I think for herself or co-worker) and took her hand and brushed it right through her hair a couple of times, and then handled an English muffin. This was a larger girl who was working in the back. After my five minutes, I asked for hot sauce for my breakfast burrito. Instead, I get mild sauce. This might be one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. Again, it takes A LOT for me to write a review on a McDonald’s. And when I do, it will probably be a one-star review.

This is the worst McDonald’s that I have ever eaten eat for several reasons. The first problem are the help. The employees are having their own private party behind and in front of the counter. Most of what you hear there is loud Spanish speaking voices and not much else. But the clincher is the attitude that they have towards the customers. The patrons might as well be invisible. The dining area is very dismal and parking stinks.

Disgusting. Chairs, tables, floors, all dirty. Had to pick through five straws just to find an unopened one. Bathroom was unspeakable. Had trouble eating after using the bathroom. Usually McDonald’s has the cleanest building, but not this one. Kept wondering if they did to the food the same thing they do to the rest of the place. Salad container has a smudgy fingerprint inside the container, but besides that food seemed normal. Had no choice but to stay due to small kids in the group.

I know a McDonalds is not worth a review so I apologize. We have all been to one but this has to be one of the worst. Bad Customer service to start but I went for the French Fries. I wait in line and order the fries. Only to find out there are no fries ready, Really. They put down the fries for a 3 minute wait. Line of 5 people now waiting for there food. All the burgers, or chickens, or soda’s are ready. Everyone just waiting for fries. 15 seconds left and they lift the fries out of the oil(great under cooked fries) and plop all that hot grease right in with the fries to my bag. The fries are so hot I have to wait another 3 minutes for them to cool off. They are still under cooked. What a waste! This is not the first time this has happened to me at this store(Confession time). I complain and the manager gives me a hard time. I have to give one stars but they deserve zero.

How does one mess up McDonald’s so bad that I actually feel the need to review it? Well, this McDonald’s did. Asked for a big mac meal with no pickle and a mcchicken. What do I get you ask? Wellll let me tell ya. The fries weren’t cooked all the way and soggy, the big mac had pickles and legit had a speck of big mac sauce less than the size of a dime, the mcchicken had the same amount of mayo and the soda machine area had dried soda everywhere ooohhh and I think the burgers on my big Mac were sitting out for a few days. The only thing that didn’t suck was my Dr. Pepper. Absolutely disgusting and pitiful.

This MCs is so close that I always want to go there for a quick coffee of breakfast sandwich but the service is horrendous. You always have to wait because the person in front of you is always arguing about their order. I ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar and got a medium coffee with no cream or sugar. This is just one instance and there are many more. The food is good and never disappoints but no service.

What. no drive thru? Really? Parking lot is a mess. Inside is dirty dirty dirty. Only went because my 14 year old son wanted a chicken sandwich and thanks the the Lexington High School football booster card, we get«buy one get one free» on any sandwich. so he could get two sandwiches(did I mention that he’s 14?). But I couldn’t even bring myself to order a McCafe. This place needs some serious cleaning!

Imagine being told ” I talk with my mouth work with my hands” — as I was complaining and commenting that it took this young woman 7 minutes from the time she read the iced decaf on the screen to hand me my coffee. I told her she needed to stop chatting with her co worker and attend to her work. They were both giggling and chatting the whole time. A dump and poor customer service. I will never go back — the McDonald’s in Newton is for superior.

First off this maybe the only McDonalds without a drive thru Usually I will wait in Panera’s amusement park like lines, but the day I went, the line was literally out the door, nope. So I llok to my right and there is a McDonald’s with a McRib sign in the window, and I think to myself hmm I havent hand my processed and compressed rib shape paddy for the year, why not. So I go in, this place is absolutely disgusting inside. No one behind the counter besides the young manager can speak english or is even competent for that matter. The service is soo slow as well. So after waiting a good 7 minutes, which is a long time for fast food when its pretty slow, I finally get my food. So the highlight of my meal was my medium Dr. Pepper, with it delicious 23 flavors. These were probably some of the grossest fries I have ever had. They were overcooked, soggy, cold, and way over salted at the same time. Now I thought the McRib was bad before I came to this McDonalds, but every year when it comes back, I always have a craving for one. This one should have been called the McBBQ_Sauce, because at the bottom of the container, there was a swimming pool of sauce, so much in fact I couldnt even pick up the bottom bun cause it was just falling apart. I managed to take 3 bites, gagged a little bit, took my Dr. Pepper and left the food on table I know its McDonalds, but I expect a little more.

McDonalds is McDonalds but this place is horrible! They don’t listen to what you ask for and give you what they want. They don’t speak english half the time. They make fun of a special needs group that sits there. I went in to get a coffee and I WAS a regular, I was waiting in line and a real tool of a customer came in and was in a big rush and being very rude to the customer waiting in front of me and me. The employees there took the rude customer in front of us because they knew her well and took us last. Food is always cold. There is only one girl that is great and she is there in the mornings.

Alright so we went here for some late night and they COMPLETELY messed up the order. We ordered a total of 6 items and they gave us 4 without a receipt. We asked for some sauce and were told it cost extra because we didn’t purchase the right items when this was not stated on the menu nor on the window at which we were paying. When we began to drive away is when we noticed the missing food and had to drive back around, wait in line, and go back to the order screen. We were told we needed a receipt and argued with the guy that we were never given one. We still drove around and then argued with the guy(«Cameron» if that really is his name — he laughed after he gave it) that gave us the food. We wound up ordering and paying for the missing items again. Took a half hour. really not okay.

Yeah, so it is a Mcdonalds. And I am breaking a cardinal rule for my not reviewing this type of place… also not going to this type of place. But I really wanted a Shamrock Shake(see talk thread ) Not only was the shake pretty bad(they have def changed the winning formula and now the shake is far too minty and with an unplaceable hint of melted plastic, yuck) but the staff was horrible and mean, it was super busy and they had not figured out if it was a one line or two system. All around, it didnt even live up to the non-existent standards I set for McDonald’s
