Wow not only did I received unprofessionalism and horrible quality of work from this company I have now received a bill with a $ 25 additional fee put on it because I’ve not paid it when I told them from the beginning I will not pay for a job I am unsatisfied with until they come do the job properly he told me he refused to come out to do it again for the third time! I told him two times he’s company did not do a professional job and that the rock and everything they tried to fix was falling apart after his employees give us directions to follow. I tried explaining this to him but he did not even care instead he was rude and disrespectful! now to throw an additional $ 25 fee to a bill that I already told him I was not going to pay after he was unprofessional with his quality of work and his customer service was not professional done and I was unsatisfied with there work on my pool! I guess I will be taking him to small claims court if he does not leave us alone. All of my pictures were an hour after I followed his employees directions Time stamped and dated after they gave us the uneducated information of putting water on the steps that is when their work fell apart and The owner did not want to except that. The Owner consistently blames my family for not following his companies directions but we did! We have been for 10 years. Do Yourself a favor and stay away from that pool company they are nothing but unprofessional uneducated workers. the owners thinks his customer service skills are so wonderful because of the customers he has remaining well he just lost a customer of 10 years and he just lost five more NEW customers of mine that I was going to recommend to him and his company this year but because of his poor customer service and quality of skillI thank God that I redirected my clients to My new pool company. I’m obviously not the only one that feels this way look at these reviews. Do yourself a favor and go to another pool company trust me you will not go through the emotional traumatic situation that I have had to endure dealing with this company. it’s funny the recent two positive reviews that are on here makes me wonder how accurate they really areas I have had lengthy conversations with the other two people who have had horrible experiences with them. I don’t know what has happened to this company but for a long time I admired them and respected them that’s why I used them for so long. I don’t know what they’re going through this year but it is causing them to lose business. I was utterly And traumatically shocked at the way We were treated!

Sweetwater pool service is worst company up there to deal with. They replaced my pool liner. New liner looks worst than old one I say it’s really bad. STEVE the owner doesn’t know anything about pools. Like people from other pool services told me” his not a pool guy” I should have listened to them. He has couple of young inexperienced guys working for him who destroyed the new liner by staircase and wrinkles and bumps all over the bodum of the pool. To fix it he wants me to sign a new contract and pay rest of the payment which is $ 1700. I already paid him $ 1925 deposit to finish the job but they never finished the job. He also gives you 2 years warranty«anything happens to the liner sweetwater will take care of it « Anyway it is ridiculous company who would never call you back even if yo call them and send them Email for 1000 times. Last thing you can do to get attention from Sweetwater you have to file a complaint in the Court. STAYAWAYFROMSWEETWATERTHISWORSTCOMPANY.

We had a problem with our pool and contacted these folks. While we were out of their service area, they took the time to find some local companies for us to contact. We were impressed that they just didn’t blow us off which they could have easily done. Very nice people.
