The empanadas were extremely yummy but the pizza was not great. I would come here again to try the other specialities but definitely not for the pizzas.

I see all the mixed reviews and most of it is over service. I’m a fan. The owners are a sweet couple that make phenomenal empanadas. We have been ordering from them for years now and we find them spectacular. They will make them for you baked or fried and you can pick appetizer size or dinner size. And you get a little sauce on the side. Never fails — always a hit in our house and at parties.
I go to pick up and skip the delivery part. I think its tough for them to manage it all and I don’t mind going to get it because they are soo good.
You have to try the meat empanadas, you won’t be sorry!

The food is ok. But the phone service is less than par. I would eat the food but never call them, they have called me 3x with no resolve plus can hear the cooks and delivery guy fighting over leaving early. If you enjoy Bravo TV you will love this take out. I think I have gotten sick now from the conversation:

Good pizza… Terrible customer service!
My son loves their pizza, so I often times call to place an order and then pick it up 20 minutes later. No less than 6 times over the last 2 years, I arrived to pick up the pizza and they forgot to put in the order. Not once did they ever offer to discount the pizza for making me wait.
The last time happened a couple of weeks ago. So, again I waited an additional 15 minutes or so waiting on my pizza because they forgot. When the pizza came out they realized they got my order wrong. They made a full pepperoni and I ordered half pepperoni and half plain. Since I did not want to wait another 15 minutes for a new pizza to be made I suggested they take half of the pizza out and replace it with 4 slices of cheese (they had available for slices). Again… they did not compensate me for messing up the order. When I got home and opened the pizza 2 of the pepperoni and two of the cheese slices were ruined as they packed the pizza very stupidly. I called to complain and said next time I need a free pizza. I ordered one last time yesterday and when I arrive they only would take off $ 5. So i told them to keep the pizza and I would never order from them again.
They make a good pizza but they do not know how to run a business. I guess that is why they were closed for a while since they didn’t pay their taxes.

Terrible service. I ordered lunch on the Unilocal app at 11:57 so it would be delivered to my house on my lunch break. I live a mile down the road and the delivery driver couldn’t find my house. They charged me $ 20 for my meal before I even got it, and I wasted my entire lunch hour waiting for food that never got delivered to me. The woman on the phone was also incredibly rude, and yelled at me for calling multiple times asking where my food was. Will never go back to this place again.

Only been there once. Chose it at random while passing through. Had beef, chicken, and cheese empanadas. Went back to the counter for fried dough and coffee. Everything was good and hot. The fried dough was pretty huge. I didn’t know what to expect because it’s made fresh (the only way it works). Good fresh coffee at a lunch place is a good sign.
The older guy at the counter was wonderful. Service took long enough to get the food good and hot all the way through. We did most of our ordering by pointing and asking what was what. The menu — posted and paper — was overwhelming at the time.
The interior could use a major refresh, but the tables and chairs were clean. Bathroom was clean and is in the back, so you get to tour the kitchen.

The empanadas are delicious. Great semi-​fast food. The employees always very friendly. They do a very good job here.

Great chicken fingers but the chicken chacareros was out of this world!

Best chicken wings I ever had in my life. I’m not exaggerating. They’re crispy and not greasy, full of white puffy meat that’s not dry or tasteless or greasy. VERY good! My only complaint is that they don’t show their chicken wings on the display menu, only chicken fingers. They show chicken wings on their paper menu, but not on the huge display menu that hangs on the wall in the back.
Oh… I have another small complaint… (reason for 4 stars instead of 5)… When I was at the counter, the old Italian man rushed me. I was trying to think of what I wanted and he kept pounding quick questions at me. I felt like I had 2.5 seconds to order or I would annoy him. I’m from North Carolina and this place is in the north… maybe it’s a cultural thing.

I’ve been here mutiple times and never a good experience, we’ve ordered many different things off the menu… Meatlovers pizza… no ham and no sausage like they say on the menu. When i confronted the lady behind the counter she started yelling at me that i was wrong, and it didnt have ham on it. When i pointed it out on the menu she told me they were out of ham, THEN when i asked for my money back she refused and took the pizza in the back and added cold ham onto the pizza and put it back in the oven… (I already ordered the pizza well done to start with so it was burnt by the end) DISCUSTING! We odered a salad with no onions on it… they just picked out most of them out of thier premade salad… ordered chicken fingers and they charged me more (1 $) because i wanted more than one S&S sauce packet… (are you serious?)
This place has bad written all over it… Not to mention they have been shut down for Tax evasion…

The food is decent but the service is terrible! the lady on the phone is SO SO RUDE. Never thought I’d get yelled at by a perfect stranger on the phone. If they expect to improve their service, I suggest they replace her first or at least keep her away from the phone

Great food! We have tried the empanadas, pizza and lomitos and all have been fantastic. I would definitely recommend anything off the Chilean menu. Pizza wise it was about average.

I rate based on the price range and what I find, and this place is a hidden gem. The Chilean Cuisine is absolutely fantastic. Te empanadas are great. The Chilean sandwiches are made on fresh, authentic bread, and they’re HUGE. Skip the gringo menu and focus on their strengths. You won’t regret it!

Horrible customer service to begin with. The lady on the phone was SO SO RUDE and had a horrible attitude when I asked her «did your system pull up my address?» cuz she did not once ask for my address so I figured they had those systems that pull your address by your phone number, and her response was «how would I know your address?» with such poor attitude just SO RUDE. I was in shock. The food wasn’t that great either. They give you no ketchup nothing. Def my first and LAST time ordering from here.
Don’t waste your money!

Legit went to this place out of pure desperation for my GF who wasn’t feeling well and really needed something to eat late night. Braved the cold and stepped into the abyss of Pizza hell. Just walking into the place I felt dirty like Jenna Jameson after one of her scenes. The place was just deplorable I should have called the Board Of Health right then but I decided just hurry up with this pizza and let me get the hell on outta here. To make a small pie took almost 20 minutes with 3 workers ?!? WTH !!! Definitely some questionable characters stepping into this pizza place late night that’s for sure, i just sat at one of the tables and waited for my order. So after the 5 minute drive back to the place, I opened up the pizza and honestly i wanted to vomit, it tasted like an overcooked brick. Just horrendous, I don’t think i could make pizza any worse, in fact potentially the Lunchables little home made pizza snack packs might taste better. Such an awful experience and then on top of that reading the Waltham papers a few weeks after and seeing that this place was SEIZED because the owner is a tax dodger had me even more irate!!! NOTE TO SELF, sketchy places that look like a less watered down version of Gray’s Papaya in NYC DO NOT GO IN no matter how hungry!!!

I wish I had enough of a moral compass to stop giving business to place that doesn’t pay its taxes.
Well, too bad I’m too easily won over by food. I haven’t tried their American staples, and I probably never will, since I’m obsessed with their avocado spread in their chacarero! It’s a Chilean sandwich; it’s delicious, and it makes me happy. What more does it need?
I don’t like the empanadas because I don’t like fried food, but my friend ordered and said that they were pretty good too. Delivery is quick, so I never have to wait too long to get my avocado fix.

I like the pizza here, The crust is soft and chewy the sauce is good, I never find it to be greasy. Toppings are good — peppers, onions, pepperoni, mushrooms and Hawaian have all been good.
We found them because they are open all the time — late night holidays, etc.
Counter service is all business, no manners, but that’s ok. I have not deviated from the pizza menu, but it does not look all that exciting.
Looks like they are closed this week — due to tax evasion (11÷14÷13) and I stopped going to Upper Crust for that same reason — wages and taxes issues. If they open again I may not go back strictly on moral grounds.

This place was very disappointing. I ordered here on a Friday night because it was the only place opened late. I used GrubHub and payed via PayPal. I wish I hadn’t done that. I ordered the food and had to call them an hour and 20 min later to find out where the food was as I was falling asleep. The guy told me the food was on it’s way. It arrived another 35 minutes later and the only reason why I found out it was here was because the guy woke me up on my cell phone to tell me he was downstairs.
So onto the food … I ordered a small pepperoni and green pepper pizza. They should mention that its really only for one person. It was super bite size. And a side of french fries. The pizza was greasy and I mean GREASY. The pepperonis were not tasty at all. The french fries were soggy, greasy and tasted like they’d been friend in oil that was used to fry just about everything else this night.
Anyway there are some good reviews on here so maybe they do things right sometimes. Either way consistency is important. I will not be ordering from here again. I rather make my own bite sized pizza at home in 20 min.

If only I could give them 0 stars! This food from this place is DISGUSTING! My boyfriend and I ordered it Saturday night because it was the only place open that delivered late. After eating their food, I would of rather starved! First off, ordering was a complete hassle. they were SO RUDE. And they claimed it would take 20 – 30 minutes. the food was delivered over an hour and 20 minutes later! It was late so I asked them to call my cell phone when they arrived so it didn’t wake everyone else up in my house. but nope they rang my door bell twice! The food was the worst part besides the horrendous service. We ordered a steak and cheese which was greasy and only filled half the bun, my boyfriend ordered a cheeseburger sub and the cheeseburgers were so tough he could barely eat them. We also ordered fries which were soggy, and a order of «buffalo» chicken with extra blue cheese on the side. which was actually greasy, soggy chicken fingers with HOTS on them. nothing buffalo about them. They were TERRIBLE. I ate one, it was so spicy and greasy I spit it out. And obviously they didn’t give us any blue cheese. And to top it off all the food was cold.
DON’T EAT HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
