Andy’s Luggage and Leathergoods

Called this place to get information on how to get a piece of luggage repaired. Spoke to a neanderthal named Richie who, when asked for an approximate cost for this repair, replied, «I am a really stupid person. I have no idea». I thought he must have been joking, but as our talk went on he proved this to be true. He’s so stupid, he lost a customer and prompted me to take to the internet to relay this story. Wantaugh is much closer to where I live and so much more convenient but I will happily ship my bag to Rockville Center (E Vincent Luggage — who were completely professional and friendly on the phone) rather than give this place my business.
Denai — the store Manager — yessed me within an inch of my life when I called to tell her this story. Hoping the owner reads this and handles his staff accordingly.

I have been going to Andy’s for over 25 years. The quality and service is second to none. As far as the prices Greg will meet or beat any realistic price. Keep up the quality work.

Greg, the owner of Andy’s Luggage, is a great guy and will work with customers to meet their needs and price range. I would shop here for luggage over Macy’s and such because the store’s selection is solid and the quality and personal touch is real.
