First time at Frank and Frans and purchased a necklace for a gift and had battery replaced on a watch. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and Frank was professional, patient, attentive, and provided great input and advise on what to buy for my significant others birthday. Location is also great with ample parking!

My family has been using this fantastic family owned jewelry business since 1968. Would recommend them for any and all jewelry and services. Would not trust my jewelry anywhere else.

The BEST! My father’s Bulova was sitting broken in a box for 25 years and (despite others saying it was «shot») they brought it back to life — and more reasonably than I ever imagined. Also gave me insights into the history of this particular watch that made it more interesting. When I wore it at Christmas dinner, it brought tears to my Mom and Aunt’s eyes. I’ve since brought an old pocket watch my Dad gave me (again, told it was beyond repair) and it’s now working perfectly. I bring EVERYTHING to them, including the larger band I needed for a new Tiffany watch I purchased, and I’m THRILLED with the service, and I find the price always very, very reasonable. My friend saw me wearing my Dad’s watch, and told me two weeks ago he brought in HIS father’s old watch, along with two others, and they are all now working perfectly again! RIP OFF! Charged me $ 20 to take two links off a watch band. The watch only cost $ 100. (I Bought the watch somewhere else) Took a second watch to get sized at a booth in tri-​county and they didnt even charge me! Now, every time I walk past this place I get nauseous. Stay Away!

This guy tried to charge me $ 370 CASH to fit three bands. I went to a different jeweler and he did the same exact work for $ 125. Stay away!

I agree with the last post by Nicole P. This place is a total RIP OFF as she said. Earlier this week I brought in three watches to change the batteries and was quoted $ 65 for one and $ 45 and $ 40 on the other two. That’s right $ 150 for three batteries!!! Can you believe that??? I told the woman no thank you and drove to Phillip Joseph’s in Bellmore where I paid $ 14 for all three batteries. I don’t have the time to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but if I did I would.

Absolute RIP OFF. I was totally swindled. To take out links in a watch I was charged $ 24 for each watch. I had a feeling something was up, when the woman was stumbling over the prices, but It was the only time I could do this. I called and filed a complaint at better business bureau. Told everyone on Facebook to NEVER GO HERE! Shame on them!
