Aerials Only does not lie. It is a store that only sells aerial photographs. Photos of cities, towns and individual places. This is definitely the place to come if you want to find a aerial photo of your house and neighborhood.
You can also find sports stadiums, famous landmarks and impressive looking geological formations like the Grand Canyon or mountain ranges. They even have pictures of the entire earth taken from deep space.
Some aesthetic and artistic items are thrown in the mix like colorful hot air balloons and night pictures of New York City but the vast majority of the more than ten thousand photographs are just ordinary neighborhoods and cities.
The woman working there was friendly and extremely talkative but not pushy. She obviously knew her stuff because she could instantly find any particular area or pic we were looking for.
My business acumen is limited but I have a difficult time understanding how a place like this can stay in business. Sure we bought a couple of cool pictures and while we were looking through the multitude of other photographs quite a few other people came in and bought things, but do that many people really desire aerial photos? Perhaps I greatly underestimated the need for such things. I hope so because this is a unique and cool place. They only do one thing but they sure do it well.
