If I could rate this location negative stars I would. Walked in an hour and a half after they opened. Paid for the buffet and realized they had zero pizzas out. Zero. I asked the girl at the counter when they put pizzas out and she said she would find out. She then came back and stated it was in the oven. No detail on how long it will take, if it was one pizza or several pizzas. I had to ask 4 times for a refund and from the cashier and the manager was told again«it’s in the oven». Never have I had this experience happen to me in my life where there was zero food at a buffet. I will never return to this location again. And would advise anyone thinking about it to seriously consider a different restaurant. *edit* The manager of this establishment is very attentive and was helpful to change my decision of this location. He invited my friend and I back and we had a great time there. They had many options when we returned, everything was fresh and consistent with the return visit. I am grateful to have learned that the management at the very least values the customers and experiences they have there. I would not have ever returned if it weren’t for him reaching out to us and I appreciate it very much and do see myself return in the future.

Just walked out of this place flat out. Place opens at 11 and we go in at 1230 and they have no pizza out what so ever. Absolutely none. All they have is salad sitting out. Asked for a refund and they kept saying«pizza is in the oven». After the millionth time asking for a refund they finally gave it. I am still in absolute shock that this could happen. it’s a place that serves pizza and I am not kidding when I say they had absolutely no pizza out. Not even empty pizza trays. Just a completely empty hot bar like they didnt make anything at all for the day. Never been to this one before and never will go back. **edit** Shortly after writing the review the GM Jarred had contacted me and actually took the time to understand where the problem had occured and went out of his way to research into the situation before I gave him details. He had offered to make up for the scenario that occured by offering a free buffet for us. We gave it a try and it was great. More options then I have seen at any pizza buffet. Would have never given it another chance if it wasn’t for Jarred’s acknowledgement and understanding.

I love this place and it isn’t expensive. It’s great place for kids. You can get all you can eat pizza, salad, pasta, breadsticks, and soda for $ 9. I love the atmosphere and there variety of pizza. I Iove the BLT and MacNCheese pizza and there dessert pizzas. I highly recommend this place.

This place is a better version of cici’s pizza. Their pizza options are creative and also traditional. Their salad bar is not so shabby either. The only draw back for me is the kiddie atmosphere and the owner is not personable at all.

Went there last night for the first time with the kids and won’t be back. The place was filthy. Salad bar was a mess. The pizza was nothing special and overpriced. The kids barely ate two bites and my kids love pizza. We ordered wings and they weren’t great but my husband will eat almost anything so when we asked for a box to take them home we were sternly told that we can only take the wings and nothing from the buffet. No worries there!

It’s just ok no names on the pizza. The salad was ok as well as the dessert pizza. Would of never gone but had a coupon to use.

I went here earlier this summer because I like pizza. I like the variety, particularly the vegetarian options. There is more than just plain cheese pizza, which from my experience, is the only option at the Pizza Hut buffet. It is a little more expensive, but the buffet includes a drink and a more extensive salad bar. Looking at my review, I feel like I sound like a vegetarian even though I am not. I often dine with a picky eater and I’m not that big on meat myself. Apparently, it was a bad idea for us to try the place together(from my perspective) since the picky eater introduced this place to co-workers and they will be returning more often… without me. Boo! :( The décor is a little outdated, which influences the general atmosphere. Usually I go to restaurants for the food rather than the decorations. I did feel like I stepped into another decade though generally I get that feeling when I’m in Warren anyway.

Such a guilty pleasure going here. Is the pizza the greatest? No. Is it hot, plentiful, and full of variety? Yes. Pros and cons work out for me sometimes :) I didn’t see any Big Mac imitation pizza this time around, which I missed. But I enjoyed all of them I had except probably their only«deep dish» offering, which tasted more like bowling alley pizza. Mac & Cheese pizza, Chili Cheese Fry pizza, vegetarian thin crust… everything was good. Not great, good. But for $ 8 to eat all the pizza you want, with beverage included… and the option of the included salad bar and breadsticks and dessert-style pizza. I can’t say no to this place for the occasional lunch.

It’s a pretty cool place to try all the pizza u want. However the coupon on Unilocal isn’t accepted in here I think, they said no one does it before. And no extra charge for credit card!

Just figured I’d update since it had been a while since my first review. Love this place, and it’s actually gotten better since we started going years ago. The pizza varieties are great and, for the most part, you can get a fresh cycle of pizzas at all times. I’m a big fan of the pizzas with white sauce instead of red — they’re always available and worth a shot.

Very friendly service, excellent selection, and the quality is very good for a pizza buffet. Also, there’s a game room with some pretty good video games. Could be a little cleaner in the dining room, but the kitchen is visible and it looks all right.

Way better than CICI’s pizza! Not a bad place if you like pizza and want something cheap! Especially a great place for kids, sport teams etc. I like the various types of pizza from Barbecue Chicken, to their Coney style or Big Mac and many others. Salad, pasta and drink included! You can’t beat the price for all you can eat! My main dislike is depending on the time you go, the Pizza seems as if its been sitting out for a while! Other than that place is fun for the family, with the crazy pizza names and announcements, to the disco lights and classic photos on the wall. Small game room in back. Always enjoy my time here!

A nice pizza, pasta, and salad buffet with a hokey appearance. More expensive than Cici’s, but with better quality. Foods good, ambiance is silly.

It was one of the days where everyone was in a funk. The wife didn’t make much in tips, the oldest boy was mad because he couldn’t go to a party in Canton, and the younger 2 boys were so bored they had me pulling out my hair! So we decided to pile in the car & hit American Pie! I love the décor, surf board benches, Blues brothers, Statue of Liberty, and a wall of Americana Photos. The food is creative & always fresh. Plenty of salad options, with decent dressings in a squeeze bottle. Fresh pasta & «Mama’s» sauces with fresh bread sticks. The Pizza Buffet is pretty kick ass in my opinion, Coney Dog, Jalapeño popper, B.L.T., Nacho Supreme, Mac n’ Cheese, BBQ Chicken, A very tasty square pizza, Meat lovers, Hawaiian &3 Cheese Pizza. The desserts were very tasty too, peach cobbler, cinnamon, chocolate & a very unique lemon coconut pizza that didn’t look to appealing but tasted really good. After we sent the kids to go play in the arcade with a roll of quarters(that lasted 2 minutes) the wife & I got a chance to sit & relax in piece in quiet. Chef Jordan does a fine job, if you haven’t checked this place out… Don’t be shy! Try American Pie.

This place is like Cici’s on steroids and I love it. In addition to all the crazy sideways stuff on the wall, American Pie has awesome menu options. Their pizza is thicker and has more toppings than Cici’s and also has a better variety. My favorite pizza varieties from American Pie were Big Mac pizza(unrivaled) and the Mac and Cheese pizza. American Pie also touts having coney pizza but there was none there when we went. They did however have a decent salad bar, all you can eat pasta, baked potato bar and some awesome deserts. The lunch menu was also really cheap. Something like $ 6.25 for the whole deal which includes a drink. I don’t know that most people will like this place, but I love pizza and I love buffets, so this 4-star is definitely earned. By the way, the marina sauce is awesome. Try it.

American Pie is similar to CiCi’s, but better. At this lunch visit all the buffet was regularly replenished and the pizza was fresh. They had the normal pizzas, but also a super hot pizza, mac & cheese, and some other speciality pizzas. I like that they have a salad bar with Romaine lettuce(not everybody likes iceberg). They also have sides of sauces for the person who loves ranch with pizza. Kids can have dessert with the apple pie pizza and cinnamon sticks. It’s not your gourmet pizza, but it’s pretty good. It was relatively quiet during the early hours and the staff was helpful. The little ones will like the loud speaker announcements(in funny voices) when the pizza come right out the oven. I thought it was pretty funny and cool that you know when pizza is back up. When the kids get bored there is an arcade in the rear of the dining area with games. P. S. If you are dieting stay out of American Pie as it is easy to fall off the wagon with so many pizza choices in front of you. Those little slices add up real quick.

I really had higher hopes for this place. Myself and two others went here tonight. We wanted to stuff our faces with a pizza buffet. Better tasting than Cici’s? YES. Anything else good about it? NO. Everything about this place was annoying. There was obnoxious recordings that played over and over as pizzas were put out. Kids were running around constantly and people were ruthless in the pizza line. No one seemed to have any manners. I’m not just referring to children or teenagers — even most adults would cut in line to ensure they got a piece of whatever pizza they were drooling over. To put it bluntly, if you shop at Walmart, then this is probably your crowd. (…Oh, and make sure you have cash, they charge a PERPERSON fee if you use a credit card, rather than a one time fee.)

American Pie is an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet in Warren. It’s got a lot of kitschy décor and kitschy pizza. The pizza is decent, but not the best in the world. The fun is that you can try several different varieties of pizza on the same day. There are some unique varieties too, like Hani Pizza, Big Mac pizza, BBQ Chicken, Taco pizza, Jalapeño Popper, Bleu Cheeseburger, Coney pizza, and more. The draw back is that they only serve certain pizzas at a time. For example, lets say you love the Hani Pizza that you had last time, they might not be serving it the next time you go. Claiming that they only make certain pizzas at certain times to save money and keep the pricing low, they won’t even make one for you special if you beg. Also, it’s a pizza buffet so children are plentiful and they run around without the supervision of their parents. It’s to be expected but it’s not for the faint of heart or those that don’t like children. Also, let’s just say a buffet brings a certain clientele. If you’re opposed to the type that go to buffets then you may want to avoid here. Every time I’ve gone I’ve enjoyed the pizza and had a good experience. The staff is nice and friendly. The place is clean. If you’re looking for a pizza buffet, then you can’t beat American Pie.
