A very exceptionally resort for the family, and for couples, and especially kids. There are three swimming pools, one large outdoor, one indoor, and a special kids pool; thus something for everyone. And they have a massively large heated whirlpool hot tub. Separate fully equipped men’s and women’s locker rooms and each has its own dry sauna. There is a fitness gym fully furnished with state of the art exercise equipment. Also available on site is a bistro, a game room, Zumba facility, acupuncture, and massage. There are 98 completely furnished condo apartments. In the winter there is free bus shuttle service to the ski areas.

We came here for a family wedding. Upon arriving, we found out that the 92 year old grandmother of the bride was put up on the second floor, with no elevators, and only wooden stairways without treads. Given that said elderly lady needs a walker to get around, this was a less than ideal arrangement. Upon speaking to the management, we were informed that they were unwilling to accommodate her disability by switching her to a first floor unit. Right then and there, they lost any future business we would ever have with them.
Edit: Day 2, upon using the oven this morning, and trying to turn it off, the knob came off in my hand. At least maintenance came by fairly swiftly, otherwise the hotel might have burned down.
