DO NOT USE!!!
I was attempting to use Carol’s Cleaning Service for my mom. In speaking directly with Carol, she seemed all over the place, forgetful and had may loose ends.
As this was a present for my mom, I asked to clean specific areas. She said she didn’t have a computer or a fax so I had to text them to her??? Ok, I did thought it was very odd and to make matters worse — I never heard back from her.
I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt (we are all busy) but I just received a call that she has to cancel and advised me to find someone else. This call was made less than 24 hours from her scheduled service for my mom.
Do not use or be prepared to have a cleaning service ‘owned and operated’ by someone who is disorganized, flighty and dishonest.
