David’s Bridal

A lot of the dresses are on the cheaper-​looking side, but the sales girl Abby was outstanding. She was bubbly and fun and took the time to listen to my likes and dislikes. I wish I found my dress there! We did manage to pick up a great mother-​of-​the-​bride dress at David’s, and it was decently priced.

After browsing for days up all hours of the night I finally returned to the David’s Bridal website to find they were having their 99 $dress sale!
Naturally I texted my fiancé and said «we are going to get my dress first thing in the morning!»
Upon arrival I had no appointment but at 10am the store was practically dead.
After leaving my fiancé in the car I wandered around the store only to be shocked at the high prices!
Finally I found the sale section and started looking I was afraid they were sold out of my size so I began to worry…
I took the time to find a sales associate and they were more shocked at how quiet I was they didn’t even notice I was there at first.
Even though appointments are suggested they managed to fit me right in!
Christina Sierra was my sales associate and she found me literally everything I needed INCLUDING the same dress in a better size with the same sales price, the veil, the crown comb, the slip, cleaning kit, and so much more!
What would have been 800 $ I only paid 163 $ for!
She found me so many coupons and was so helpful I cannot believe how helpful they were!
I read some bad reviews for them before I went I figured «hell I’ll put up with crappy service for a cheaper dress» but I was blown away by how helpful they were!
They must have gotten rid of the bad associates because literally everyone was cheering with me when I found my perfect dress! Plus they are adding perfect sleeves for me too!
I cannot thank her enough for working with such a tightwad money hoarder like myself!

I am forever grateful for the awesome customer service exhibited at this David’s Bridal. One week before a wedding I was in, I was in desperate need of another size bride’s maid dress. A girl’s worse nightmare right? Any who, I had called another David’s bridal that was closer to where I lived and they told me there was no way they could get another size one week before the wedding. Ugh… What’s a girl to do? So I called the Niles location and Jessica Moracco was my hero. She said that usually they need two weeks but went the extra mile and said that she would call corporate and see what could be done. Jessica really pulled through for me! I had made the call Friday and the dress came in the following Wednesday. She even steamed the dress for me at the shop. Thanks Jessica! You rock!

Waste of time went here to look for a gown for military ball lets say customer service was nil i guess I wasn’t a big enough commission check. Left there and went to Diaa Design Inc in Warren it was the best experience ever and the dresses where better

Don’t get alterations here! David’s is a convenient place with lots of selection and pretty good prices on bridesmaid dresses but their alterations are low quality and very over-​priced. We got the bridesmaid dresses for my cousin’s wedding here. I tried on an 8 in the store and it fit perfect so that’s what I ordered. When it came in it was extremely tight around the rib cage and the bust seemed a little too small (not uncommon in strapless dresses) to accommodate my figure. So I ended up having to get a size bigger and then spent $ 149 in alterations to make sure the bust and everything else fit correctly and wouldn’t be sliding down. I also paid to have cups put in which apparently just consists of them putting 2 stitches on each side of a set of foam pads you’d find in a bathing suit top. So long story short the dress seemed ok in the store (It’s hard to really tell because you’re just standing still in a store for a few minutes) come wedding day I realized the dress was definitely too loose around the top and spent all night pulling it up. Go ahead get a dress here, but take it to alterations express to get it tailored.
