Domino’s Pizza

This place is close to my home. I stopped by and picked up a pizza and wings. I placed my order online. I like the idea that u can follow ur order from start to finish online every step from the making of the pizza to when it goes into the oven. I saved a few bucks by going and picking up my order verses delivery. It’s also a lot quicker to pickup ur order. With delivery u can sometimes wait up to 45 – 60 minutes. The pizza was hot and tasted ok. It’s dominos so I didn’t have high expectations.
This dominos is located in a strip mall so there’s plenty of parking. I noticed the inside of this store was very small. There was no place to sit. This is ur basic pickup/​delivery operation.
The staff was young and cordial. I made sure I double checked my order before I left.
My daughter and her friends enjoyed it.
When ordering over the phone the best thing to do is have the order repeated back to u so there’s less change of an error.

This is consistently the worst Dominos I’ve ever had the horror of dealing with. Their delivery area is not clearly defined or consistent and neither are their prices. Delivery for 2 large pizzas will run you about 35 bucks. If you’re lucky enough to actually receive a delivery, you’re waiting at least an hour and a half with cold food showing up at your door. The Dominos app states they deliver to Basking Ridge but a quick call back from management after placing an order recently told me otherwise. I’ve also seen them turn off the delivery option on the app with no notice as to why. If delivery is not available then you need to update your website and define your delivery area clearly before customers place delivery orders. This store has changed their delivery area about 3 times on me. That’s the only good thing about Dominos is their delivery option. Most places around here don’t deliver but if you can’t then 30 dollars for a pizza order is better suited elsewhere for those prices.
This Dominos needs to close or have corporate get involved in fixing their problems. It’s a complete cluster **** as is and needs new management or proper direction. Consistency is key and this location fails miserably. You’ve lost me as a customer until someone actually decides to improve this location.
