Kroger Food & Pharmacy

This Kroger is pretty standard as far as Kroger goes. The parking lot is kind of small but I can usually find a spot. The layout inside is kind of weird to me but I’m used to the Hazel Park store. The employees are really friendly and helpful. The store is generally clean and stocked.

Mediocre Kroger. The parking lot is small and fills up quick. It’s in a shopping center so there’s quite a bit of traffic. The store was reasonable clean and had a good stock of merchandise. Nothing special but wouldn’t say it was a bad store.

In general, I like Kroger. Seemingly, this particular Kroger is in an ideal location as it is right off of I-​696. However, I am not partial to this store.
I find the store layout confusing. This particular Kroger is smaller than other locations. The ends of the aisles are tight. It can be frustrating maneuvering around the employees who are restocking the shelves. Their carts take up the limited aisle space and tend to block the paths of the shoppers.
Like the store, the parking lot is very tight. To make matters worse, the lot is shared with other businesses in the strip mall. The parking lot is always very busy to the point of being dangerous.
I tend to find the shelf stockers engaging in a great deal of banter. I have overheard many a conversation about who is filing grievances while I am trying to wiggle my buggy around their carts. Ideally, I wish they would spend more time collecting baskets from the parking lot. The cashiers on the other hand tend to be very friendly. They and the baggers always work at a rapid pace.

I re-​read this review and decided that it needed an edit, per the parking lot. It is the traffic that is horrifying. There is no crime to speak of that I have seen. The parking spaces are all squeejawed and the stop signs may well be changed to yield. Maybe I will design the ideal parking lot for this Kroger and thus resume shopping there. Hi Beverly who is an excellent cashier and whom I miss.

it’s ok i guess, they do carry a lot of the organic, dairy-​free items I need for my daughter while staying in Michigan. Oh, and my younger brother works there… lol!

This is by far the most worst kroger i have ever been to. ¹⁄₃ of the store was under construction… i couldnt access my canned goods.

It’s Kroger! Prices are decent, the produce area is nice and clean. I like this location because not only do they have enough self-​scan checkout lanes, the staffed lanes move quickly and the service is friendly.
