Applebee’s

The hostess and waitress (Olivia) were great! Very friendly. However, they cannot cook a steak to save their lives here. Ordered it medium, came out very obviously rare. Sent it back and it came back shorty after, still rare, though maybe slightly more cooked. They made us cut into it twice to make sure it really wasn’t done how we liked it. So now we send it back with three big slices in it. It comes back out, maybe medium rare this time. It still had spots where it was purple inside. The manager came out this time and asked if it was OK. We said no not really. She said she didn’t know what we wanted as the steak was now medium well and we just didn’t know what a steak was supposed to look like. She was so incredibly rude and condescending, I couldn’t believe it. She showed us their «steak card» which proved us completely correct and she literally just left without saying anything. Needless to say, we didn’t see her again and we paid our full bill.
Tldr: manager was childish and rude, kitchen can’t cook steak.

Stake like crap! No good food some times. Other times it is good .but I would say stay away all together

Great service. Just moved into the area and glad to see an Applebee’s close by with such great service!

Ordered curb side to go. Arrived at the time we were given only to get a phone call saying they didn’t have the ingredients for a sandwich we had ordered. The ranch that came with our boneless wings tasted like spoiled cream cheese frosting and not ranch. My chicken fajita rollup was all tortilla and lettuce, very little chicken. My husbands new sandwich was soggy and falling apart.
Good things were the fries were good, lady that brought us our order was friendly and I liked the convenient online ordering.

Waited for a server for over 10

I was truly impressed with this Applebee’s. The food was fresh and well prepared. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful we were here Monday night and all the burgers are $ 5.99.

The food is good as you would expect. But the service from the manager to the Wait staff is Great! I feel like i’m a regular even when it’s been months since my last visit.

This was a great step up from the usual Subways and DQ’s we were eating at traveling across the U.S. I got the lunch combo with the Chinese Chicken Salad, and Roast Beef and Bacon Melt. Definitely hit the spot.
The service was nice and fast too! We pulled right up to get our food to-​go, and once we placed our order, it only took about 5 minutes for Riley, our server, to bring it out to us. He brought attentiveness, and a smile!

Traveling across the country on I 70 and decided this was the spot for food. I got the appetizer sampler with a Mountain Dew and a water as their beer menu was sub-​par to say the least. The food was great and definitely hit the spot. The only strange thing was how the staff argued amongst themselves loudly the entire time. Good foid, immature staff, not a bad experience all in all.
