Crystal Nail and Spa

I see the previous review was bad, however this establishment is under new ownership. I went there for the first time today because my usually nail girl couldn’t take me. I have to say I was extremely impressed!
The owner David was extremely personable and so nice! He took his time and really made me feel welcomed chatting me up the entire time I was there!
My nails are flawless, competitive pricing. And an amazing staff. I’ll definitely be back! Keep up the great work!

If I could give this Nail Salon zero stars I would. I have been there twice. The 1^st time I actually had a pretty pleasant experience and it is literally right down the street from where I live.
My second trip I brought along my sister and treated her to a pedicure for her birthday. Upon walking in we were ignored by the staff, then when we were acknowledged they gave us no indication of how long the wait would be. When asked they said «20 minutes», which I was fine with. Flash foward 45 minutes and we are still waiting. 10 minutes later and we are finally called over to the pedicure/​massage chairs.
The woman assigned to do my pedicure was extremely rude. It looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there and I found out later she was the owner, not a good attitude to have when trying to maintain customers. She was rough with my feet, squeezing them and being very forceful when filing and scrubbing. I told her 3 times that she was hurting me and she just continued with what she was doing. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience was anything but. Also, she did a really crappy job painting my nails, after I left I noticed that there were places she missed and less than a week later the polish was already chipped! Needless to say, I will never go back.
