Thank you ER plumbing for the help today! I started out the day with a badly leaking sink and called them for advice. I left a voicemail and within 3 minutes I got a return call. The gentleman I spoke with answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to speak with. Happy to say I was able to fix the problem myself but I would definitely recommend working with this company if you are in their area!

I have used Emergency Response Plumbing a few times before but today I called them for a problem I had for my 84 year old fathers house with his dehumidifier. was so nervous sending just«anyone«because he lives by himself and I was afraid he would be taken advantage of. My dad is the most important person in my life. Not only was Chris the technician on time, he was patient friendly and very very nice to my dad. Everything was done with perfection and at a reasonable price. I suggest anyone needing a plumber to call Emergency Response Plumbing. I know that I will not be using anyone else going forward. Thank you Chris for a wonderful Job

We called last Thursday(2⁄26), based on a friend’s recommendation. Needed someone to come out and fix kitchen faucet, downstairs toilet, upstairs shower head. Was told someone would come on Monday, 3÷2÷15, between 9:00 and 11:00 am. On Friday I came home to a voice mail message saying I needed to call a guy named Chris, who was trying to ‘work this in.’ I called Friday at 5:00 and left a detailed message(that we were scheduled). Never heard back. And no one showed up today. So I called the main number and a guy answered, who interrupted me three times. And when I said I didn’t want to do business with them because of all this, he said ‘okay.‘ Guess they don’t need the work.

I was referred to ER from someone in the house renovation business, as my attempts to find my own plumber were comically bad. Much of my review is based on the extreme difference between dealing with ER versus other plumbing businesses. I had issues with my heating(gas, forced hot water) last winter, which was also the first winter I lived in my home. I had multiple parties out to look at it for multiple problems. I was given a laundry list of issues, especially by one local business, much of which to me seemed like extraneous services and repairs; i.e. things that weren’t going to directly fix my problems. My absolute biggest problem with that particular business, other than their inability to actually fix anything, was their refusal to breakdown costs as it pertained to each element of the job. They flat out denied to tell me what a part cost or how much/how long the labor was on anything. Enter Ray, after a summer off from my heating headaches, but still with a bum boiler, Ray was able to diagnose the issues as being much deeper than just a broken part here, or a «dirty» part there. He was able to explain to me what was wrong, while also giving some priority to the list, so that I was able to make sure I had the most egregious issues fixed. The cost was reasonable and straightforward, so much so that I went ahead and had him fix everything while he was there. While it was still a good amount of money, I wanted the confidence in heading into the winter that my heating system was running well. I waited a couple of weeks to post this, being that I was gun shy from so many failed attempts to have my stupid boiler fixed, but I’m happy to report it’s running SO much better than before and I’m very confident in it going forward. I’ll likely save the money I spent in the first year based on how much more efficient the system is now.

I received the number for ER from a friend and called this company at 9:00 at night when my furnace stopped working. A nice gentleman named Ray walked me through steps to turn the unit back on after we had cleaned out a blocked vent. He was patient and had nothing to gain from helping me. Their number is now on my furnace and I will be calling them for future plumbing and heating needs.

I was surprised on how fast they got to my home! You can tell that they know when you want something done at the moment that they try their hardest to fit you into there schedule! I would never call Amy one else
