I have been stopping in and out of this place for years. Todd has always worked there although i don’t think he notices if ive come more than once. I have to say, they always help me out. Sometimes i just have a dumb question about my phone and im on a low budget being a single mom. I dont think they’ve ever not helped me out in some way or another. I appreciate it guys! Went in today to see if they could fix my cracked screen, they couldn’t because my phone is a less popular pic, but the guy was SO RUDE about it, and all of his buddies and coworkers were hanging out in front of the counter, which is why I assume he acted like an ass. Not sure what his name was just a short guy with a black wedding band on, and he acted like he didn’t give a shit. Then I asked if he had USB cables, and while he was finding one, he swore cuz the drawer was so unorganized and his friends/​coworkers laughed at him, then when I asked how much it was he paused and then made up a price, $ 10 for an unpacked, short cable, so I told him it was kind of over priced then he goes, «well we don’t buy them in bulk like across the street at Walgreens» with mad attitude, so I was like, yea your right, and reached out to take my card back and left. He was obnoxiously unhelpful and I can’t understand why he thinks costumer service is something he doesn’t have to give a shit about, because his ability to carry out his job and earn his store money is suffering as a result. Any yea I went to Walgreen, and got one that had a cord three times the size for $ 8, not a hugeass difference but enough to know that pathetic asshole was upselling, and he most definitely made up the price he spit at me.
