Been shopping here for the past two years. I was sad when the price of Old Overholt shot up $ 5, but I can deal. They had an amazing vodka fire sale on discontinued flavors of Pinnacle. So my family will be receiving peppermint vodka for Christmas for the next decade. Great selection, great prices(some of the best in RI on hard alcohol), and they go the extra mile to serve their customers by bringing them great values.

They have a large selection, but rarely carry my favorite brands. When they do have them in stock it is a limited quantity and never cold. Their holiday gift packages do however kick ass.

I’ve never had someone be so rude to me at checkout. Sorry I don’t look exactly like every Warwick townie, I’m from an arts city with accepting, progressive people who don’t give you an attitude and stare you down while ringing up the purchases I’ve made at your establishment. Way to show your gratitude, bigots.

Conveniently located on Rt. 2 it’s easy to drop in when running errands. Beer, wine or spirits they’ve got you covered. I love to try new, reasonably priced wines. If you want a $ 75 bottle of wine, they’ve got you covered. If you wany a box of wine, they still have you covered. I like the $ 7-$ 10 range and they have a large selection with bottles from California, Chile, New Zealand, Germany, Italy, etc. Local and craft beers are available, room temp or in the cooler. All the regular brands you’d expect and plenty you would not. Six pack, to case, the selection is large. So many bottles of booze! If you have a drink recipe, they most likely have the ingredient. Keep an eye on the prices-sometimes the large bottle costs less than the small. If they get a deal, they pass it on to the customer! From sparkling wine to tequila. Good prices, clean store, large selection. Definitely worth a try.

About as close as you can get to BevMo on the East Coast. Excellent, huge selection of liquor, wine and beer. Plus they have a whole section of pumpkin beers!

I love haxton’s prices and selection. The staff is very helpful and most of them are knowledgeable on the liquor and beer. Not always on the wine… I think the owner is the only one who’s really good with wine knowledge. The lines are never too long and they are always sampling something!

This liquor store has everything! Great selection and good prices. Only drawback is it’s never fun to try and take a left hand turn onto Bald Hill Rd.

This is my go to liquor store. Prices are a bit cheaper than other package store. While some other places are closer my house I always factor in a trip here when I’m on Bald Hill Road doing other shopping. They have a large selection of wines, craft beers, 30 racks, and mixers. Every time I browse their spirit sections I come away with some strange thing that I just have to have. Last time it was cherries packed in moonshine. Every once in a while they have tastings going on in store. I also have to give props for discovering Bota Boxed Wine here. Don’t judge! One box equals four bottles, the wine is totally delicious, and a steal at $ 16.

Great prices for a wide selection of wines and beers. Staff is extremely helpful and gives good suggestions. I would give more stars but getting out of the parking lot is a nightmare(though I will say they hire police traffic details to help during the holiday season). Also the store is not always the cleanliest. Overall good place to find chip wine and beer.

By far the cheapest warehouse liquor store I’ve ever been to. In fact, the prices are so reasonable, that I get discouraged from buying anywhere else because I feel like I am getting ripped off. Sounds stupid, but when your 6 pack of beer costs $ 2 more at a place like Mendon Wine and Spirits in Cumberland, then you can understand. I’d give this place more stars, but I’ve had a few off-flavor beers. I think it’s due to the beers not being rotated regularly. eg. I bought a 750mL bottle of Stone Ruination and it just didn’t taste like I’d remembered it. Also, the beer section is always a huge mess. I wish the managers here would take more pride it keeping it clean and stocked. Lately, I’ve been sticking to the refrigerated beers due to this issue.

I love Haxton’s… here’s why: Pretty reasonably priced Great selection– plenty of microbrews and local wines Lots of beer/wine tastings so you can try new things Gift sets galore around the holidays and the staff is on top of their game In addition to all of these it’s a little on the cluttered side only because they try to pack in as much of a selection as they can(which is appreciated) and there is sometimes a police detail outside because around the holidays and weekends it gets a little crazy at that intersection.

Good prices. Good selection. Well-organized. Location is convenient… hop off of 95 and also around a ton of stores with things you probably also need. Not the easiest to get in/out of bc it’s such a busy 4-lane road but oh well. Lots of local wine on the back wall and nice sparkling wine section.

This Haxtons has a large selection of beers, wine, and liquor. I find the prices to be at least a few dollars cheaper here. I really enjoy coming here and purchasing the gift sets during the holidays. It’s a great gift to receive or if you’re like me, gift to yourself! This year, I bought the grey goose set with the cocktail shaker for $ 25.00 — which basically means I’m getting the cocktail shaker free. The only down side to this location is that it is located on Route 2. Depending on which direction you are traveling from it can make entering and exiting the parking lot difficult. During the holidays they usually do have police to help with traffic which is greatly appreciated!

this is my go to place for lower and midshelf bourbons, and once in a while they will have top shelf and new release bourbons that make me break out the credit card. Around Xmas I try to visit to buy the gift packs they always have which include flasks or a couple glasses at the same price point as a loose bottle the rest of the year, love this stuff. They have some of the best prices on cider as well. Located near a bunch of stores I also like to frequent it’s a good weekend afternoon out to hit all of them in a 1 mile stretch of road.

There are two liquor stores(that I know of) closer to me than this one, but this one may have the biggest selection. One of those liquor«superstores» if you will. Great selections, lots of wines, fair prices. A drawback is that if you have to take a left out of the parking lot onto Rt 2 it can be quite annoying. Hooray Beer!

The bottles of wine here are easily 10−20% cheaper than what you usually pay for, no joking… even more. For example Simi Cabernet I usually see between $ 22 and $ 24… here? ha… $ 15 Dreaming Tree goes for $ 14 elsewhere… $ 10 here Estancia Cabernet is $ 18… $ 12 here Decoy is $ 25, here it is $ 19 change Fransciscan is a solid $ 22 bottle, $ 16 here NEED I SAYMORE? FINE, F*CKIT, I WILL Oban 14yo is a solid scotch for $ 72… $ 54 at Haxtons Johnny Green is $ 59 i think, rather than $ 74 Macallan 15 is $ 74 This prices are just silly… I will forever make the extra 10 minute drive to come here and buy in bulk and save this much on alcohol. Today was just a quick run to get a couple bottles of wine(Rodney Strong Cab, Dreaming Tree Cab, and Simi Cab, all for $ 41) however I will keep my eyes peeled next time to see what their vodka, beer, and whatever else prices they have. Just unreal… still in awe. Seriously a bottle of Simi and Rodney Strong alone should have cost $ 41 at any normal liquor stores, and for the same price I got a bottle of Dreaming Tree along with it. Gonna go drink now…

Haxton’s is truly one of my Top Five PVD-area liquor stores. Why? Because they have great deals and a great range of beers, wines and liquors. While I won’t go out of my way to shop here, I certainly pop in anytime I’m in Warwick and usually leave with a case of wine. They’re always well-stocked and carry great labels, so it’s very easy to load up on a dozen within a few minutes. They have a pretty large craft beer selection, too — anything from locally-brewed to schmancy stuff. The liquor portion takes up the majority of the store, as they have everything under the sun. While I can’t say they have the lowest prices for these bottles, I can say that the range of liquors is astounding. They literally have everything –EVERYTHING — so go here if you can’t find it anywhere else.

As far as liquor stores go, this one is great. Very, very decent prices. In fact, I was quite surprised to see that this store had Franciscan Magnificat for $ 36.99 a bottle where my usual on the way home store that I typically go to quoted my $ 49.00 a bottle. Same vintage! Clean, large varied selection of wines. A terrific California section as well as France, Chile, Australia, Italy and South Africa. Feeling like some bubbly? Champagne choices abound. The usual hard liquor offerings and a very large and varied selection of beer. From small micro-brews to the major players this place has it all.
